Ring sized too small and engraving isn't visible. Saw the bad reviews and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think I'll ever order from them again. I'm not going to ask for a refund because judging by the comments I won't get it. I'll just take my losses and order another ring through a more reputable dealer.
I will never and I repeat never waste my money or time with this company again. They lost my package that was for a Mother's Day gift. I spoke with one rep that LIED n stated that the package was out for delivery. Little did she know I live right down the street from the post office. I went to confirm and guess what after tracking the package and speaking with the post lady. The package was never even received. Then they had the audacity to offer me 20% off of a order n a reship where I would have to wait five more days... absolutely not! I expressed i wanted a refund... we will see how that goes. I'm so disgusted at the fact that they ruined my mother's day for my kids grandmother. Better off going to Walmart.com
Paid $78 total for a bracelet with personalization the bracelet itself could be purchased at Claire's in the mall for $10. The plate looks like tin. The custom words are not legible. Not worth $20 all together! Don't buy.
I wanted to buy a silver chain. I entered by debit info and then it said they don't accept debit which was fine. 2 hours later I check my account and they had taken out $50 of my debit account. I called and asked why and the man would only repeat the same answer and not further investigate. Near the end I could hear people in the background laughing and I could hear him trying not to laugh as he was talking to me. As a person who works in a call centre myself, I'm very unimpressed with this customer service.
I bought a ring in January 2018. Prior to buying I communicated by email with customer service to inquire if the stones were secure and would not fall out. I had a similar experience with Amazon. I was advised there had never been a problem. I wore the ring to special events once or twice a month for 6 months. Then a stone fell out. I reached out to Eves customer service and they refused to stand behind their product. Just a brush off. Disgraceful!
I personally would not recommend this site to anyone. I bought a anklet in the beginning of July and it did come in an appropriate time (considering the virus). I paid 85 dollars for a anklet that left cuts on my anklet, started to change colors, and broke before the month of July even ended. I emailed and called customer service and asked for a refund but instead of a refund they are making me a new one. I am now waiting on hold for my refund and it has been over an hour.
I ordered a bracelet and payed for 2 day shipping. It has been 18 days and I still haven't gotten my package. I called and customer service said that it had been lost in transit. They did refund me the cost for the shipping but after reading the reviews I'm sure my bracelet is going to be cheaply made and fall apart within a week.
I purchased a photo pendant for my daughter from her son. It was beautiful and she loved it.
Yesterday she showed me how it was peeling.
I emailed the company and they offer nothing. Said since it was since May, was too late for them to do anything.
Why would I order another if this only last 6 months.
I now have to find a better company to get a quality pendant that will last more then 6 months.
Horrible quality and customer service.
Never received my order. After several attempts an instant chat, they kept simply saying it was on its way. Today after 23 minute hold to a customer agent that could barely speak English, I was told to wait a few more days. This was a gift, and I intended to order four more if the quality was decent. I will dispute the charge on my credit card.
I ordered 2 necklaces online. I thought it was strange how I did not receive an email confirmation. My credit card was charged and still no email. I emailed them twice asking for info, received none. I called and left messages, never received a call back. Two weeks later I do the online chat and they finally email me the tracking info, which says my package was delivered 11 days ago. I call them and I did get to speak with someone who told me I have to file a claim with the delivery company. This has been nothing but a huge hassle, I have wasted so much time just trying to get information and my order that I have already paid for. So frustrating, they should of just sent it to me again. They were personalized necklaces for mothers day and my daughters birthday this weekend.
My father died this past July, as a gift for my mom's first Valentine's without him, my brother and I ordered a necklace with his picture on it. You can only view the pic if you hold the necklace a certain way. It looks nothing like the preview. Now here it is Valentine's today and now all we have to give her is this hunk of junk. Wanted to do something nice for my mom and now I'm ashamed to even give her this.
Poor quality, ruby and garnet look very similar. Stone colors looks nothing like website picture. The top stone of my four was placed incorrectly and this tilted. Heart charm box for $22 is very small approx.2inch and doesn't have a good spot to fasten the necklace. Customer service terrible. Wouldn't offer a replacement or a return. Will never order Eve's addition again. User beware. Consider yourself warned.
I bought a necklace for my daughter. Two stones and engraved. You can not exchange or get a refund on personal items. It tarnished and is unwearable. Only worn LESS than ONE week. The purchase was almost $80.00. Its junk. Worthless. If you look at the refund exchange it states no personal items. VERY disappointed at least an exchange since it was only worn less than three times. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I wish I would've seen these reviews. Their site doesn't post reviews because everyone would have only negative things to say. They sell junk at incredible prices. I bought a family tree necklace and the birthstone part fell off and we lost it only hours after the grandmother putting it on. You can read tiny engravings either. Waste of money! Don't buy from this site!
I worked at the Deep River, CT Eve's Addiction location. I was genuinely interested in learning to be an engraver and a jeweler. Being a jeweler at Eve's Addictions means using super glue. About half the items we sent out were returned due to defects. Jewelry fell apart in our hands. Earrings were sent out mismatched, charms broke, studs and stones fell out of most everything. The working atmosphere had the same lack of standards. Over a year later, I'm thrilled to see that Eve's Addiction is consistently rated very poorly on various sites by customers. Its no secret that shoppers are paying a 1,000%+ mark-ups on stuff thats basically made of metal and plastic.
I ordered a memorial dog tag to commemorate my mom as I no longer work for the funeral home who originally made excellent tags for half the price (the new owners no longer provide this service-perhaps I should buy their software). The engraving was almost invisible, the chain is garbage (it looked like it actually came from a bubble-gum machine), and the date of death was incorrect (the company stated that was my mistake-sorry Charlie). I ended up being stiffed for $56.18, an amount that if considering all issues were solved, was still worth about $30.00 tops. This company only gets one star for at least answering my queries timely, even if there was zero help.
I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. The necklace wasn't even sterling silver and tarnished after 2 wears and never seeing moisture. I had to the entire return myself, they mysteriously "ran out" of return shipping labels. Still waiting on that refund they've promised me... Complete scam, don't order.
I ordered two pea pod/birthstone necklaces for sentimental reasons. Ended up paying about $170. Could NOT believe the terrible, terrible quality when the bracelets arrived. Cheapest looking metal finish I have ever seen and the birth'stones' which are supposed to be cubic zirconia (which was risky enough) look like plastic. Two different people have commented that they look like something that came from Claire's. (which is no knock against Claire's! But Claire's jewelry only costs about $7 and these cost $70 each. I literally have jewelry from amazon that I paid $8.99 for that look 20 times better. Wish I had read some objective reviews before ordering from the Eve's site. Seems like they only post positive (or maybe fake?) reviews as I cannot find a way to leave a review on the actual site. And, salt in the wound, the same bracelets are discounted this week by total of about $50 + free shipping. So, basically, I paid about $170 for utter trash that is non-refundable because it is 'personalized.' NOT happy. Next stop is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
I bought a ring from EA and the stone fell out within 3 weeks. It was a gift for my girlfriend. She was very disappointed."customer service " wanted me to return it to be repaired! Not replaced repaired. Like throw some gorilla glue on it? Oh but first I needed to send original receipt/ original packaging/ a photo/and a formal letter of what happened then they would determine if they could do something! Are you kidding me! It was a gift! Who saves all that? I didn't ask for money back I want a ring that doesn't fall apart! Based on EA reviews this company is doomed to failure! Feeling dupped! I was shocked! There deception to people with using that info about being on Today show is what misleads people and deceiving. $40 for what appeared to be high qua; lity medical I.D. bracelet with choice engraving. That is there catch! Personal engravings on most products and encourage customers to engrave, but then no returns if engraved. Looked like good quality in picture, but we all know how pictures can make us look different... fatter at times. The jewelry was as if it was made for kid with size of it. WATCH the deception with SHOWN on NBC Today Show. That don't mean anything! LOOK carefully at product, dimensions and fine print about returns if not satisfied.
