Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).

Site is very easy to understand and use.
Product works well and comes with detailed instructions.
However the $300 price tag is pretty steep for what feels like a very cheaply made controller.
The site also didn't come with very many customization offers despite the high price for each customized part.
Very reputable company and still offers modded controller services for older models of controllers such as ps4.
It's an amazing controller but very expensive. Idk if the advantage over an Elite 2 is worth it imo. I've been using it for all of my gaming lately and I can only tell a difference on recoil for Destiny 2. I don't play Fortnite or Gears anymore so I can't speak for the effectiveness of those mods.

No other options
After receiving an evil controller for the first time a few years ago, I have not been able to play with any other controllers. When it comes to the unique buttons that are used on the back side of the handles on the controller they are so comfortable and easy to use love the system. Only issue I have found at times is there is a stick drift and not by much but there has been stick drift on the last two controllers I have purchased. If that were to be fixed this controller would be flawless
I was testing out new controllers as I was trying to become a professional gamer and wanted a controller I felt would give me that edge/comfortability that other controllers could not fill. When it comes to evil controller it has done just that and due to that reason I have not ordered a controller from any other place and actually won't even play with other controllers unless its an evil controller. Needless to say I bring my controller nearly any place I can where it can potentially be used.
Pretty fast in terms of delivery and I have to say, the controller really does just make everything I play that much more enjoyable. Wish they had a few more things I could customize such as control stick, or even faceplate colors. But, besides that, the actual product is amazing nothing to complain about.
Pretty fast and efficient, hope the controller is as good as I think it is. Looking forward to it.
For this kinda of product the call before buying for product information is KEY! I should've just walked away when they didn't call on the appointment time

I've gone through a lot of custom controller brands in my time. Everyone from scuf to battle beaver to cinch and every single time I've bought evil (even the cheaper variants of controllers) I get at least a year out of them. I always purchase the esports certified controllers and I am never disappointed. If you want to "legally" up your game I highly recommend evil controllers. (And I wasn't paid for this review either lol)

Bro. Literally amazing product. The fact that it gets to my house in like 3 days is literally the biggest selling point to me. Its awesome and the site is great too!
Because Scuff is a McDonalds toy, Elite controllers are made out of legos, and BattleBeavers break 3 months after hard usage. Last time I bought an Evil Shift was a year ago and I get top of the line performance that lasts. Did I mention its affordable too? I'll be damned if I drop another $300.00 on a controller that breaks after 3 - 4 months of hard play. I play at the top 500 / challenger level and I need something that wont crap out on me mid game. 5/5

Orders a PS4 controller that needed remapping for left hand operation only. The evil team went to work on my order. Once received (Australia) my boy was beside himself. Being able to rejoin his gaming friends once again. Like any new toy, the more time spent playing, the easier it will get! I could not be any more happier. Thank you "team EVIL" job well done!

My favourite controller brand since I started gaming competitively & I tell everyone online where to go buy them! Big fan.
My partner broke her left wrist and had to get surgery. She loves video games so her being able to play games still helped her so much. I also have carpal tunnel so when I'm having bad flares in my left wrist I can still play my favorite video games.
Maybe I've just been lucky, but EvilControllers seem to have better durability than others I've tried in the past. I play at least 3 hours a day and grind pretty hard on the weekends. Also I mostly play FPS as I'd imagine most do that purchase these products. If you haven't tried the increased tension on the analog sticks I highly recommend it. It allows for smoother and more consistent gameplay from my experience.
Pretty much just saw the link when searching for custom controllers on Google. Had poor performance from other companies so I gave EvilControllers a go.

Saw a lot of bad reviews while deciding on whether or not to purchase a controller from this company. I ended up buying one anyway and I'm glad that I did. If you take care of your equipment it will last. I recommend increasing stick tension. Your aim will improve dramatically after getting used to it. These controllers are better than Scuf. Do yourself a favor and invest in a controller from Evil Controllers.

My previous controller got water spilled on it so I figured that I would try something new this time.
Its super speedy, so quick in shooting games and I love the buttons. I love this controller so much, dont know why I even gamed with regular controllers now. Totally my go to controller now. My old controller was having laggs and the antilogs were messed up. This evil controller works so well though! Hasn't messed up in an amount of time a regular xbox series s remote messed up in. I can't game any other way now.
Everywhere else had too long of wait times and heard good things about evilcontrollers, so we decided to purchase mine, saw how fast it was gonna come home. So went ahead and bought my fiancee one too. Love it!

Great company. I've been ordering from them for 9 years now. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is out of the 3 controllers that I've purchased, the thumb sticks are always the thing to go bad. But with the average of 3 years between controllers, I can't complain too much

Great controller, high price relative to the $300-$400 the ps4's worth, but that's a shared problem the whole controller market has. Understandable (~1 month) delivery time.
I didn't choose your best shipping though. Customer service is slow, but functional. Your weakest link would probably be the lack of preparation, ordering the parts once you have an order is slightly sloppy.
Customization options (scuf has branded paddles, aim has ugly paddles, you have more orange button types than others)
I didn't look too far into the market.
It works great I'm just concerned about hair getting in my joysticks
Good price for what I got
Was sent an unusable controller twice and I have not been able to be refunded and the customer service is not trying to remedy the situation as they have ignored my messages trying to send it back for a refund or to be fixed. Therefore, I have now payed $400+ for a CUSTOM paperweight. I would highly suggest choosing another company to do business with!
Tip for consumers:
Wasted my time and money working with this company. Not sure if their customer service is ruining it for them, or if the company has gone downhill. I have purchased 2 controllers from them in the past and this is unbelievable that I cannot receive help from them for their product when it was sent broken from the beginning.

The final product was great! But unfortunately the first time I received my controller, it was missing 2 of 4 ordered buttons. I had to return my controller and wait an additional 2 weeks. They said they would add 2 additional digital tap triggers for my inconvenience but that didn't happen.
Great product and good customer service. 5 stars for end product, 4 stars if they added the triggers.
