My shopping experience was good but the customer service by phone was not so great as I called multiple times for an order update and though I left several messages for a call back, I never received a call back. *However, I decided to send a message via the website, and unlike the phone - I received a response almost instantly (within 20 minutes) then another email message stating that my order was completed and it was shipped 2 days priority mail when I didn't pay for that so that was a nice gesture of them. Overall I am satisfied. Going forward I will contact them via email.

I'd love if I could get both buttons and paddles and interchange the two if I feel like it. This would provide obvious customization benefits, as well as allow me to use the paddles (which I prefer to the buttons) and replace then when they inevitable break, instead of going for buttons because they'll last longer.

The controller works great! It took a few days longer to build / test than expected, but overall, I am very satisfied with the product and overall experience. I requested a couple of updates on the build and customer service replied quickly and kept me informed and updated on the progress. I would definitely recommend Evil Controllers.

It was terrible, I could not get someone on the phone instead I kept getting a answering machine. I took extremely to long to get the product, one month to be exact. But besides that, the controller came out perfect and my son loved it. It's a great product just need to work on customer service.

I am having trouble using a gift card. You keep rejecting the card. I called twice about this, but no one answers the phone. I left my name and number twice for you to call back "immediately." You sure have lousy customer service. For what you charge for these controllers, hire someone to answer your phone.

It's a great site, I wish there were more options for the new PS4 controllers, but I expect that expansion will come soon enough. Keep up the good work!

I also did have to pay an additional fee when FedEx showed up at my door, which was an unpleasant surprise. The quality of the product warranted the price I paid on the site, but the extra cash I had to cough up was just plain annoying.

Site was organized well and easy to maneuver around. This is our first order so hopefully the product does what it's supposed to do. Otherwise happy with experience! Seeing as it's a Christmas gift we will find out soon if my son is happy with the controller. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Purchased before and never even got the correct product. After endless emails and calling 10 + and being told that the new product was being on the way and having to keep calling and finding out the issue was never fixed I gave up. The only reason im purchasing is because its a gift for a friend. Otherwise you would not be getting my money again.

This is the best experience I've ever had with ordering online! My father is an avid gamer and he was recently diagnosed with ALS and had lost all mobility in his right hand (not his dominant hand), so he can't play with normal remotes. I did some research on remotes for him and found EvilControllers. They're customer service helped me decide the best remote for him and features. It was perfect. When I gave it to him he was so happy. He thought he would never get to play games again. Now he can play all his favourite games still! Thank you!

A great experience. I have been using Evil Controllers for a long time-at least 10 years to help modify my son's Xbox and PlayStation controllers. I'm always appreciative of the great work they do to help my son who has Muscular Dystrophy.

One button wasn’t working correctly. They gave me a prepaid shipping label and immediately fixed the button and shipped it back to me. Very satisfied with the prompt response!

It truly is easy to shop with you guy i thank you also for your call back most of the other place i called, there contact number didn't even work. I also enjoy how you can pick and or remove what you want or dont want on the controller as i said its really easy, again thank you

I only got connected to the phone answer machine, when trying to speak with a sales person and technical support. (normal business hours per your website)
Last night, the customer service chat asked if I would like to speak with a real person. I sent them 3 messages and waited for 43 minutes and never got a reply.

My son had been eyeing a new xbox controller on the site and we just received it and will be giving it to him for his birthday in a couple of weeks. I took a peek and it looks a lot nicer than I expected! Definitely happy with the purchase and I'm sure the kiddo will be thrilled.

When I first bought control it was fast and smooth April 2019
Shipped my control for repair before thanksgiving. Told I was going to have it prior to Christmas and never received it. I understand it was holiday season but just wish they would have been honest about how long it may takes finally got it Jan 6

I've been purchasing my Xbox controllers through evil controllers for the past several years. After becoming disable and being bored at home, I tried to find a way to have some sort of entertainment in my life; I thought gaming would be out of the question, but after doing a search on Google, I came across evil controllers. I place my order and enjoyed the quality of the product. It seems that every time I order a new controller for myself, they're are improvements to the product. I'm a fan of evil controllers and I look forward tousing them in the future.

I would highly recommend EvilControllers. We were looking for a controller for a child that is paralyzed on their left side due to a brain tumor. The child only has limited time with us and loves to play his playstation. I reached out to the company to see if they could help process our order ASAP and they quickly responded that they would get that taken care of for us. I truly appreciate a company that can still run their business with heart behind it! Thank you so much EvilControllers!

On the original order shipping was listed as $10.00 but during checkout your site forced me to choose Priority which was a higher cost shipping. This results in miss leading your customers therefore you are receiving a bad rating. WOW and again below your site will not let me leave feedback without giving my name and email which apparently confirms that I have recieved my order which I have NOT. And if you are on yelp or any other site I will be leaving a negative comment about this.

Ensure that controllers are real deal, not cheap piece of plastic. I am still skeptical about the looks of this site. I bought an x box one controller, and I wouldn't be surprised if I am back to uses my regular ones shortly. However, looks can be deceiving.

We'll see when I get the controller, my husband used to be a gamer but lost his right hand in a recent car accident and I am hoping this controller will help him be able to play his games again, so we will see when it comes =)

Picking parts was pretty straight forward. Some accessories or color options are pricey and add up.
Back buttons are super clicky and can sometime be hear over the mic. Back buttons are fairly small and sometimes hard to depress when in a gunfight (COD). Overall and reasonable product.

Everything was very simple and easy to follow! I love everything about the controller and will be buying more in the future!
I know profit is a really big thing in this type of business but I was mildly upset with the price but overall I would give evil controllers a 4.5/5 :)

Really likes all of the options for the controllers such as appearances and option of things to change. If i receive my controller in good condition and i like how it feels and it seems that i paid for what i got and wasnt ripped off, i shall be purchasing more from here.
