I bought this controller as a gift for my brother who lost his arm from the elbow down. The transaction was smooth, I was able to track the process easily to know when we would receive it. He was impressed with the quality of the workmanship involved to alter the controller to fit his needs. We are happy with the purchase.

When I ordered the controller was shipped rather quick, but then stayed at the customs office for three weeks. I did not receive any information until I contacted the shipping company and when I provided the necessary documents it still took some time until i received my order.

So basically I am satisfied with the controller but not at all with the shipping process/company

Ordering was great.

Delivery was a little confusing wasn't sure when the actually date would be; in the FAQ it said would receive an email when the unit shipped, I did not. Contacted Customer support. Received my unit before a response. Little sticky but it all worked out.

My son is the gamer who searched the site for the item he wanted and sent me the link. The check out process is easy and I'm sure he'll find more items to purchase from Evil Controllers in the future.

I was originally going to order from another company but decided to call and ask a question. After talking with the guy who answered the phone (sorry, didn't get a name) I was impressed with his professionalism, and expert knowledge.

Pretty easy to navigate the website. I wish there a bit more customizable options but I mean I cant complain because the ones they offer, they've perfected! I used this service to buy my groomsman their controllers, and will be returning to make my own!

Not hard to get what you want easy to pick and choose lots of options

My parents didn’t know what to get me for Christmas, but they got me a controller from these guys. At first I just thought the controller shell was sick, but then when I realized the controller was modded I got bored one night and checked out the features. WOW! I totally get why people use mods and these guys are the best. I’ve been all over their facebook since Christmas.

I love evil controllers. They are the best company around for modded controllers. Their paddles are by far the best ones available on the market. When I had an issue with my controller they resolve my issue without any additional questions. My only gripe and this is just a personal complaint is that there is a lack of communication once they receive your controller. Overall I would recommend their company to anyone.

Great can't wait to get my new controller. Went stock for now but if it works like I think it will I want to buy one I tricked out and give this to my son. Tricked out one is over ***.** so I wanted to try one first. Need a nice coupon if I am going to get it past the wife :)

I had a very difficult time placing the order because of various error messages. Support was as helpful as they could but was not able to fix the problem. Finally I placed to order by not signing into my account. I would like to add you support team was very timely responding.

I was having issues placing my order. Customer service responded in a timely manner.

Only thing I didn't like was I wasn't able to purchase black abxy or menu buttons and fact other sites master mods have 14 mods. Otherwise color looks awesome :) after receiving this product I have to say customer support is horrible and good luck getting a reply if you email them. And by calling them you get the run around. Build took longer then the 5-7 business days, and as hindsight FedEx is a horrible shipping option for rural areas in Canada. Also need video instructions for xbox one set up, not just 360.

Great selection of controllers to pick from. Although I really wish I couldve done more in the create a controller. Such as sensitive abxy button, sensitive triggers, but im still satisfied with my order :)

Was easy to customize online and order can get pricey based on what you want but not to different than other companies with less customization. I got some cosmetics and re mappable paddles and pro tension right stick. I paid extra for rushed processing which wasn't the wisest choice during this virus shut down but they answer all my emails quickly and threw in a controller case since it wasn't delivered by the time it would have been if they were operating with a full staff but still got here in 5 business days!

This company is ridilous. Ordered control on March 31st and paid for expedited shipping and handling. However company was out of soft plays color I ordered and did not contact me about it, didn't know this was part of hold up until I called them a week ago to ask where my controller was, since them my order has been processing and I received two form emails stating that controller was in quality assurance testing. When I asked gentleman about expected arrival date he refused to answer and instead spoke on quality control needing to be done.
Called back today during business hours no one answered. Deeply dissatisfied with customer service standards and the farce of adding charges to an order that will have no priority whatsoever. I hope the controller quality is better.

Products were delivered on time and in decent packaging, and as advertised. I would recommend evilcontrollers to anyone who needed similar products at reasonable prices. Currently using my freshly modded xbox360 controller, and quite happy with the results.

This controller was a gift. The controller had an issue connecting and lighting up. We reached out to the support team and within minutes they reached back out to us with instructions. We had to send it back for repair and once we received it back. It worked greatly. My boyfriend loves his controller and I would highly recommend this to anyone!

So far my experience has been great. The website was easy to use to play with ideas for customizing a controller, but I was really impressed when Evil affirmed my hopes by showing just how versatile they are when it comes to bringing the consumer's ideas to fruition. I can't wait to see how my controller turns out! If it meets my expectations, I believe it will, I already have a friend lined up to buy another controller.

Made a few controllers, hope this one is the right fit. I hope you guys live up to the hype and it isn't extremely hard to figure out the modes. Because I only wanted a select few but the price kept increasing.

I bought a custom controller with higher sensitivity thumbsticks because my thumbs hurt a bit when I play video games. This controller fixed the problem entirely and I love using it. I can't go back to a regular controller now because I like this one so much. Definitely worth the price

Website seemed slow and does not really specify names of products. Tells you what color your controller is, but it does not say which controller. If order said "white Zombie Hazard PS4" or DS4 then it would be easier to understand.

I had two scuf controllers that broke with in the first 3 months of having them and Scuf would not fix them without charging me even thought the controllers were still under warranty. I bought an evil controller on a whim because they're been around as long as ive been playing video games. Best purchase ive ever made. The quality is way better than scufs and they feel much better. I would recommend evil 10 times over
