The Team was very helpful in helping me chose the right controller for me and the delivery was very fast. Way over priced product tho elites are much better quality for cheaper paying for the ability to mod it I guess. Customer service was excellent tho. Quality is meh.

Given the current pandemic situation and having placed my order right after the Xmas season, my controller arrived well into the estimated period and no problems with the configuration I ordered. Very satisfied!

Love your controllers, shipping is terribly slow but it was made worse by the lack of communication from the company during the process. From time of order to delivery there was zero communication which caused stress in knowing if the order was even legitimate.

I have customized two 360 controllers from Evil so far and both have lasted years and are still in mint condition. Im hoping my xbox One Evil controller will hold up the same. I have gone through a few XBone controllers already due to malfunctions and software bugs. So make me proud to have chosen in an Evil Controller product.

Love everything but the "cheapish" feel of the controller. Not sure why it has a Chinese crap plastic feel?
Also a good thing but weird, I received the item at home several hours before getting any shipping info? Weird but awesome delivery time overall

So far what i've seen is fantastic. The multiple choices for the custom remotes is fa-nominal. They look great the mod choices and the warranties are perfect. Thank you guys vary much i look forward to recieving my package in a day or so.

Quick and easy and usually have reservations about ordering from outside UK, but read about site and company first so feel comfortable
Had to chase order up via customer services as took longer than the advertised delivery time, response from customer services took a couple of days too

I just want to point out how terrible it is for me to have to wait this long (possibly even longer) for an order that should have been sent to me at least a week & a half ago. I did send them a message asking what was taking so long & they did respond in kind with this..."Hi Terrill, Thank you for contacting us about your order. We do have a standard processing time of 3-8 business days for every order, but unfortunately there was a slight delay with your order during production. Your order was placed on June 17th and began processing on the 18th, but because of the delays your controller will not be ready to ship until the end of this week or the beginning of next". That message was sent last week Monday & I still haven't received any new updates about my purchase being shipped out. This is definitely not the way for a company to make a first impression & I'm pretty sure I won't be doing business with them in the future.

It is difficult to find certain products through the site (Do it yourself kit was buried in menus). Would be better if you select Evil D-Pad and then all ways to acquire it are shown (e.g., faceplates, do it yourself shells, send in controllers, custom controllers, etc.).

Was hoping to get a response from email I sent about getting custom controller and some significant discount with you guys and AbleGamers. No reply to work with me on a controller. So I just went ahead and ordered one any way. Even though not sure I will be able to use some of the extra buttons on bottom whith my hands since I'm handicapped with MD. Thanks.

It doesn't seem to make any difference on gta 5.it says it works on every game. I know I have the rapid fire mod on but it doesn't do anything for any weapons. Tried to do different settings.it will sure slow down weapons at lower settings but no different on higher settings. That's the only disappointing thing for the cost.

The controller did not hold up very well and buttons on it keep going out. The analogs started to drift way faster than any other controller I've ever used as well. Also, your websites programming is very faulty. Clicking more info on certain parts of the page will open in the same window, instead of a new tab. This wouldn't be a big deal, but doing so will erase all your selected options. Another fault with the create feature is that it will either sometimes not reload at all and get stuck on a loading gif, or the price will freeze after reloading and wont reflect price changes after additional options are selected. Having to refresh the page over a dozen times isn't the end of the world, but it is slightly annoying. Furthermore, lack of a functioning website does raise the question of whether or not your product has more care and testing put into it then the website does.

I bought a controller and absolutely loved it, had it like 6 months and had a button go out. (Played a new game and it used a weird button that other games don't use) so when I needed to actually use to throw a grenade or zoom in it would cut out long story short I contacted them and I was still under warranty so they took care of everything and contacted me back within 2 or 3 days and loved the customer service. Took a total of 2 weeks and my controller was back like new. Will continue to buy controllers from Evil.

Received controller in mail but wont be able to check it until xmas as it is a xmas present for my son.
Might be a good idea to have a currency converter added to site so other counties can see the price in their currency.

The products provided are great but they are pricey. Especially as i am a international buyer. But it all depends on your needs and wants. The overall product is amazing but just the price that gets me on the fence. Overall, 4/5 due to the price.

Great looking controller, greta feel. I really like the rechargeable battery instead of the pack on the bottom. Controller works great but I do have a small issue with the right trigger sticking just a little on the release. It hasn't malfunctioned to make me send it back but I do notice it and it's not all the time. When I get an xbox one I will be ordering a controller for it also.

I was very pleased with the quality and delivery time of my controller, the controller itself is an amazing piece of work and I couldn't be happier - our clan consistently places in the top of the leaderboards for most Assassins creed games so coming from someone who spends a lot of time in competitive play if you're looking for the best custom controllers on the market with professional and understanding support staff Evil Controllers should be your first and last stop, I highly recommend them. 5/5 in all categories.

I was surprised again by using it. This controller is very useful. Added buttons are better than expected.
Playing the game has become easier and the game feels more fun.

This is my first high end modded controller. I tried to do as much research as possible before I made my decision but since your the experts and if you think there is anything that I might have missed or would possibly like to have added to the controller please let me know. I built a controller 3 times and I received a message that the controller was added to my cart. When I clicked proceed to checkout, it said I didn't have anything in my shopping cart. I then was about to give up, but decided to create an account and then try adding an order. That time it worked. Of course other websites allow you to create an account during checkout, so I assumed I could do this as well. Its a feature you really should have, and if you do already have it then it is broken.

I have ordered 2 evil controllers. One with paddles and one with buttons. The paddles hurt my fingers pretty quickly so I had to order another. The buttons are great. I think the price is a little high but you are manually making them so I get it.

I really liked the controller creator. It was easy to use and fun to do with all of the different options. My only complaint is that when I received my controller, the purple was all different shades. It would be better if they had a single shade they used. But all in all, I would recommend the site.
