The products are a little difficult to navigate at times. I was having trouble finding the 'white nightmare vision shell kit' and distinguishing what i was looking for from the evil d-pad vision shell version and the vision backplate version. Perhaps subcategories would be a nice addition to the already well organized products listing.

It was pretty good to me and I like the controller I ordered. Just wish there was more variety of custom controllers for xbox one, but it just came out so I'm pretty sure more will come. It was still amazing and I would buy another one here if I need one

Have many controllers from pretty much every brand on the market. Evil from an option (add ons available) selection and ease of site use, by far the best. Quality of add ons much stronger and last far longer. Whether your a Fortnite gamer or COD, they have an option. Just far superior in their build quality. Quick turnarounds on delivery, even International.

Order came in quick. Husband wasn't able to use it. Called and some to someone who sent a return shipping label. I was charged another 60 on top of the 100+ that I had already sent. Was then told they would put a rush on it. I sent emails and texts in the weeks to follow. It took me going off to get a response and my order sent back. Even with all the modifications my husband still has issues using it. Yes he can use it to find our watch a movie but actually playing it... no he can't. If I didn't love him I wouldn't spend the money or the time. Just poor customer service in my opinion.

First experience was okay and I paid more money. After that it was poor at bear.

At first I thought I was being scammed by Evil Controller, and then I was able to talk with a customer service rep. They had some delays due to one of the items not testing out well and they wanted to make sure that it worked great before shipping the controller to me. They upgraded my shipping to 2-3 days rather than the 7-10 days. My grandson received his controller and he said it was "Awesome" the greatest, he loved it.

That's all that matters when you are picking out a birthday present for the one you love!

I am absolutely stoked with the controller, it is for my boyfriend for christmas so I'm not sure how it is 'game-play' wise, but it looks fantastic and the delivery times and customer service was absolutely brilliant

The site is fine. Cluttered but fine. I love my controller but the quality of the sticks is terrible. They only lasted me 10 Prestiges in Black ops 2 and 6 Prestiges in Ghosts. If my replacement sticks wear out just as fast. I'm simply never buying an evil controller product again.

The customisable options are amazing, im very impressed with the amount of choice given, the prices are also very reasonable. The website itself though seems different in a way, made me cautious of purchasing anything to begin with.

So for so good... I just purchased the creator controller master mod for xbox 360 and I cant wait for it to reach... to top it off I was on the phone with a rep the whole time named Amanda... Simply beautiful people.

I felt that the experience was pretty good, but i also felt that some of the items were a little pricey. I think that things like light up buttons and different colored LED lights for the guide button can be a little cheaper

I have only just placed an order, so this review is not about the product. This site was easy to use, but several functions did not work, so I had to refresh the page several times. Other than that it was easy to build my controller, so I cant wait to see the finished product :)

I was unable to access the website from my laptop for the past 3 days. I finally was able to order on my phone. The controller was an excellent price for all the additions my son wanted. It came earlier than expected much to my son's delight. He loves his controller. Thank you!

The online customization is awesome. The controller is amazing looking and fully functional. The only thing that I thought was off was the metal finish I wanted for part of it. It's very minor but I thought it would look a little more like metal.

Well the website is very nice. The delivery took a very long time. The controllers do not work very well and sometimes I wished I just used a normal controller. It is very hard to get in contact with customer service and they never answer.

It was good, though some other sites have more mods for less, but less customizeable options. However this was also the easiest user interface out of all the sites and apparently this controller has lights tha tell you about your mods which is REALLY smart. However i will most likely not buy another controller because this one is all i will need, plus its quite expensive(thank u for the dicounts :D) . Over all a great site and im eager to test out this controller.

Quite expensive, but it works good.
One drawback is that when we use the thumbstick extension in a housing which is put on the underside of the controller, the directions left and right are opposite as well, which is confusing.

Great! I get positive comments on the first controller i bought from you guys from my friends who have played at my house, and recommend you as the go to source for awesome modded and one of a kind controllers!

We wanted to view product pre purchase i. E. before I gave credit card details. But site failed; view gave us a default controller (poo'e brown black ting - Microsoft default $#*!e) opposed to our designed controller - rookie error jubbs :)

The choice for all the mods for one low price should be highlighted or made to stand out, i almost bought all of the mods because I didn't see the all in one the first time around. And the cost for a game controller is high enough free shipping over ***.** should be automatic!

It says there are a lot of option for destiny and then I get it and there are like 1 think that works. The controller I paid for now sits on my computer desk and I still use the same one I used. Kind of false advertisement.

Website is great...Only thing that could be better is once the controller is in the cart that you can go back into the cart and see the actual controller not just the specs..I made a few different controllers and when back to see which i liked best and couldnt see the..Other than that great site! Now just hope to have for Christmas! ty

Received my controller after a month wait and was broken out of the box. Returned it and the replacement came in a small box with no case (as promised) no paperwork, stickers, etc. as well as the replacement had wrong thumb sticks and no red home button.

made an appointment for customer service call and they never even called.
