Oredring process was very easy and delivery was quick. They bring said one module is having a problem, it streets to not allow me to move in the downward right direction. After recalibrating the controller it will work for a while maybe 30 mins or but then it begins happening again and I have to repeat the process over.

Onlonly just placed my first order but out of the 15 different sites I searched this one is by far the best for variety and depth of personalization excited to receive my controller and check it out for my self

A little expensive, iwould be more likely to buy from your company again if my controller lasts at least 1 year or if it included a 1 year warranty... It's like saying you don't stand by your product not even for a year...

Ive made several DIY buys from Evil Controllers this was the first complete controller I have picked up. To get the negative out of the way, the site said pre-build ready to ship on the controller I picked up. It wasn't and instead of getting it in a couple days it took about 3 weeks. Had I known that would be the case I would have picked out some other options and done a custom one instead.

That aside from that the controller looks and feels great very happy with the end result.

I'm so glad that you guys have made a controller that lets me play like how I used to. I don't have any complaints about it. The only issue that I have ran into is stick drift but you guys fixed it. I have it a little bit but it doesn't interfere with my gameplay

Really good very cheap and easy to use I will definitely recommend evil controllers to my friends and anyone who is looking for a good controller but maybe make your mobile site a bit less glitchy and have a few more option for ps3 other then that it's great

Came back with a solid controller. Probably one of the best controllers I own. But I really wish Evil had the option to create a mechanical d-pad. For a lot of competition controllers, that's a must have

This is my second time buying from this website and since the first one I got was absolutely amazing I decided I would get another one. For me, this controller was a lot more complicated to use then my last one and I tried following the online instructions but still can't seem to figure out how to use it. Overall though when I do get the controller to activate the settings I want it to use the controller is amazing until it somehow switches modes then I'm back at my struggle of trying to make it work again.

Many issues with the website. It glitches often and instead of editing a controller already made in your cart it restarts the entire process. I hated having to remake the controller 17 times before the glitches and errors stopped and the controller was perfect.

The website states "live chat" however when you click on it and type your message you get a message saying someone would reply to your email address shortly... Not live at all...
Also when calling you are to leave a number and have someone return your call?
Lastly, you are given the option to add a near $** for rush delivery and shipping protection then when you proceed to checkout you have to choose what shipping you want to use... am I being charged the $** and additional $** for the same shipping? Very misleading

I had no issues. I emailed 1 question about shipping status and they responded quickly.

I needed 4 custom controllers, and didn't know where to start. I tried making them myself, and they didn't look as good as I had hoped. I got a hold of the creative team, and Carlos helped me through the entire process of designing the controllers I didn't even know I was looking for.

I enjoy the look of all of the controllers shown but I would have liked to be able to do the create your own controller with having the option of a wired controller. If there is an option however, then I didn't see it

The best part of this controller is the customization options I was given. I came to the site excepting to just order a controller. Finding out that I was able to select everything down to the color and design of the individual buttons was such a pleasant surprise. Programming the controller is super easy

I previously bought from Evil Controllers about three years ago, and it was a disaster. The first shipment took weeks, and I did not even receive the product I ordered (there was no mod). The second shipment I received did not even have the Evil Sticks that I paid extra for, but after a month of waiting I decided to keep it and not prolong another screw up.

I would love for nothing to go wrong with this order, and to have it delivered on time. I had a lot of doubts making another purchase from this company, but I decided to give it another try. Thank you.

Bought the controller as a present for my brother. He picked it out and he loves it! Was a tad expensive but so many available customizations. And the display of the designs is quite helpful. Most other competitive sites didn't offer the display of what the final product will look like.

Exceptionally user friendly site. I only wish I could see your shipping method to APO addresses. I am hesitant to order anything that my ship FedEx, as it takes months to reach our APO address. USPS and UPS only take weeks.:-)

My controller came broken. I emailed them and they responded very fast. They sent me a shipping label and I shipped it back. I received it very quickly after the repaired/replaced it. Controller works flawlessly and I have no complaints. Website is easy to use and everything is very explanatory.

Three attempts to contact via phone, I left messages and no one returned my call, subsequently I missed the "7 day" return opportunity and now I'm out $84. And am left with a plain black controller that I was hoping to exchange or return for a refund. Not at all happy with this fact! The special order one for my Grandson, ended up not being very special at all.

The 2nd stylized one he & I ordered later turned out to be cool, but not all the functions worked so we had to return the controller for repair or replacement. Still waiting for it to be returned to us.

Order shipped and arrived quickly. Controller looks great and doest feel cheap i wish the right thumb-stick was a little stiffer. It feels a little different than the Sony controller but not much. Overall very satisfied.

Site says it takes 2-6 days for processing. It took almost a month just for processing. They didn't have the shell for my order and instead of emailing me about it I had to contact them to find out what was going on. I was told that my product would be shipping in the next two days... waited another week called waited another week and called told them if it wasn't shipped by the following Monday I would cancel my order. It was shipped on that Monday afternoon.
