To spend alot of money and receive the control in a small brown box, not the controller box seen in other reviews, was extremely disappointing. My controller arrived in a brown box with bubble wrap. The excitement of receiving the control was dissipated by the lazy packaging job.

The right joystick drifts immediately from the first time playing. I have a 5 year old gamermodz controller that works better and easier to adjust through different settings.

They said my issue with a brand new controller was self inflicted. I had the controller for and hour before I noticed the problem. I paid there courtesy repair fee as they wouldn't accept responsibility. I do not care about the $30.00 its the fact that it was not self inflicted and came to me not working correctly in the first place.

A friend of mine told me about the site and I checked it out and saw a gamers paradise. He ordered and got his and loves it, even though he only got one mod where I made mine for the master mod. Cant wait to see how it works for me.

First and foremost I am not the best gamer at all. With that being said I felt really bad looking for a modded ps3 controller. But after looking around on google I saw evil controllers and went to their website. I was able to customize my own controller with mods and an awesome paint job. From there I ordered the controller and it came about a week later. At first it was confusing to put in the mods but now I smoke all my friends when it comes to Call of Duty!

I love all the customization options! I didn't know you could order a custom controller. I thought you had to customize it yourself. I couldn't find exactly what i wanted on amazon. When I found Evil Controllers I was so excited! Thank you for the Cyber Monday coupon!

It's easy to use, the only complaint I have is you don't show the controller before you pay and all it shows is a black controller. It's hard to tell if the controller is set up correctly or not, with the correct colors.

Great experience with EVIL. The only thing that I would have to say was a negative, would be the price. Other than the the price it is a great product and sturdier than Scuff. The back paddles on Evil are made to be abused and are well placed for finger interaction.

Had an issue with the discount for liking on facebook, could not get it to work, kinda annoyed. Apart from that was good. I think the website could be a bit neater though. The controller battery cover had a part that was not properly painted, was a bit disappointed. Apart from that the controller was pretty good.

There needs to be more design choices and there should be more mods for the joysticks and buttons. Otherwise the website is amazing. But the designs should cost around $** not $** a little too pricey for those of us looking to but multiple items...

I purchased a custom built controller on 2 Dec. I was a little concerned the week before Christmas when I hadn't received a shipping notification. I called the customer service line and spoke with a live customer service rep who was very helpful and reassured me the order would make it out in time. Within a few hours, I received the shipping notification and on Dec 23 the controller arrived in sturdy packaging exactly as I ordered it. My Son loves the controller and was one of his highlight gifts. Thank you for the excellent customer service and high quality product during a crazy time of year!

It's a great site - however, the placement of the graphics in preview mode was not perfect. Please improve. In particular the graphic seemed to appear off the controller, which was a little disturbing

I've bought teo controllers from the site about a year ago broke a thumbstick on my xbox360 controller so I decided to just grab a new controller and I'm really impressed with how much the site has changed. I'm hoping this controller will be just as great as the last two. Hopefully it ships fast too. :)

A very easy to user interface and customization walkthrough! While other sites have similar customizing menu's, none was as welcoming and as easy to use as this one. Look forward to buying again if I feel the one I recently bought is wearing out, perhaps for my Xbox One that I'm sure to purchase sooner or later!

I found the controller creator web application easy to navigate and the options are fairly easy to understand visually and descriptively. Overall, I found Evil Controllers website easier to navigate through than many of its competitors and the quality of their designs seems really nice, especially some of the options such as hairpin triggers, the pro analogue sticks and remappable custom buttons. I would certainly recommend Evil Controllers to my friends.

My controller came in faster then it said it was so that was nice and since I've gotten it so far it's been working great but I've only had it for about a month now so hopefully it keeps working this great!

I like all the options to customize controllers. I was disappointed that the site had added tax once I added items in my cart. However once I got through the checkout process it seemed to recognize that the shipping address is in sales tax free DE.

I am very happy with the quality of my controller. I did have an issue with one of the buttons and had to send it back. My biggest complaint was that I had to pay for the return label. Overall my experience was good.

It's a too long to get a touch with them. My only contact was by text or VM Not a good experience.

Very quick and easy to use. Generally a pleasure.
The controller is a gift for son on 21st July so not sure how well it works until then, but it looks better than the artwork. He will love it if it works as well as it looks.

The only drawback was that it was not possible to create a controller with matching parts in all configurations. In other words, if I wanted the green urban camo, it was only available for the back of the controller and not the front, etc.

It was nice and I like the choices. I was a little confused on the battery pack that came with my controller but I finally figured it out. The description on the type of battery pack the XBox 360 controller came with would have been more helpful. Overall good.

Overall experience was fast and was easy to design the custom controller but maybe a few extra options like led lighting and some more fonts but for the rest i was very happy with the overall experience

The website is easy to use for all ages, and the Controller Creator allows for the most changes to your controller vs. any other website. I do wish there was a Mod for the front of the controller (i. E.; RB and LB plastic fascia area)
