Bought a controller and had issues with it not long after, was told to send it back and theyd look into the problem, im still waiting for some feedback but am positive theyll make right by me as my product is under warrantee

I ordered from UK on a Saturday a custom ps5 controller. It arrived in just over a week. Exactly as I ordered including an additional thing which I emailed about after placing the order. Quick and efficient service from Jacob and the controller looks great. Will add to this after a fair amount of use. The evil website does seem to go down whilst it updates during afternoon UK time so don't let that worry you it always comes back quickly. Also the status of your order does not really reflect the actual status as my controller was on its way whilst its status was still processing. Tracking was great via FEDEX Also email response can take around 24 hours. Trust me this is better than you get from all rival brands which can be horrendous. I have had experience with scuf, aim and battlebeaver but based on my experience so far I should have just gone evil from the start!

I like your controller design page (17 steps listed and in proper order) the best out of all the SCUF websites I tried. You also have the best pricing that we could find comparatively to your quality.

I love my new evil controller! Some of the mods are not compatible with Destiny for the ps4 but they all work with Call of Duty. Overall this is a great product and if I ever need a new controller I will be buying from Evil Controllers again.

Took longer than expected it said it would be shiped in like 15 business days max and it finally got shiped after 24 business days after i called 3 times but overall i like my controller it look sick my only concern was the estimated crafting time.

Amazing posibilities and design options. Site experience ok on ipad but better on desktop. I guess Google analytics will tell you a higher bounceratio for tabletvisitors because of some errors you can get on a tablet. Or it was just me :).

I ordered an evil controller with the max amount of mods and ot doesn't dissapoint. Your shotguns turn to wide spray lmgs and marksman rifles fire like an automatic on cocain and late on his child support. These controllers slap. 10\10.

Pretty good, prices are a bit high, tried to put in jughernogs promo code but wouldnt allow me, shipping takes a while, but this is my second evil controller, but my first with a mod, hope to have the same quality

Everything was easy to use, and worked flawlessly.

I do have some suggetions:
1. On Splatter, if it would have covered the back and sides i would have bought another one. I didn't like the fact that it just cut off on the front part
2. A way to enlarge or shrink text would be nice. Also a way to rotate them or move them at all would be great.
3. more graphic patterns would also be nice.

I'm a recurring customer, although I haven't ordered for a few years since my original Evil Controller has worked so well. The thumbsticks have stared wearing, so I ordered a replacement set in a new color.

Bought a Xbox shift controller but wasn't able to reliably map the paddles. Mid-game, they'd remap to other, random, inputs making is worse than useless. Contacted EvilControllers via the website ticket system, via email, through public and dm tweets, and still no resolution (or meaningful help) 4 weeks later. Maybe it's a bad time for the company and customer service is going through a difficult time, but that's no good to me and my $210 lighter wallet.

Terrible. Non existent really. Only had one email describing how to rest the controller (which didn’t work). After 3 weeks I started a new email thread and received the same canned response again which, unsurprisingly, had the same outcome as the first time around.

The customization was awesome, and I've been wanting to purchase a evil controller for a while, really excited to see how it feels when I have it. I'm sure I may invest in a PS4 controller from you guys soon.

I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service, I've now reached out 4 times via telephone appointment and been given appointment times as to when your team was going to call me and never once have I received a call… I've also reached out via email and got 2 reply's and was told I had ti ship my brand new PS5 controller back on my own dime which isn't a way to do business you company has sold me a defective controller that will not keep a changer and expect the customer to cover shipping from Canada back to USA. When I brought this concern forward in my email to Jacob this concern has fallen on deaf ears. I've then sent 3 follow up emails and zero reply… this isn't customer service I've now bought 3 controllers and the other two were wonderful with no issues as for this experience it's been very painful and will make me rethink my next purchase. Buyer beware!

Thought it took a little too long to ship. I am assuming that you don't just have the Vision Backplates already made up with all the available skins and it needed to be custom made after I ordered it. But I thought a week to get that done was a little long. Otherwise it works great and I'm happy.

The controller is better than I expected! The tactical triggers really give me an edge like no other. Reaction time is reduced drastically in warzone. Honestly I give mouse and keyboard players a lot of trouble when using this modded controller! Defiently worth it!

Customizing is great. Excellent product quality. I only got tactile triggers but for some reason the controller itself seems laggy, mainly thumbsticks, but sometimes the triggers just stop working while I'm shooting. I've gone back to my standard controller.

I purchased my second Evil controller for my PS5 in August of 2022. Since then I had to have it sent in for warranty work three times. The last issue, the stick module was faulty, they received my controller for repair on December 28th 2022, and it was returned just today, March 8th, 2023. Numerous emails and requests for updates, a scheduled phone call, went unanswered. If you have the option, purchase Sonys custom controller over any of their products.

The control levers are not exactly where I want them to be, in fact my fingers didn't quite reach them. I would be willing to pay to have them raised an inch higher. I hope they can scare me away. I want to call them to see what can be done, also to explain to me how to put the fortnite modes that I have not been able to do. I love the idea of being able to modify the control but I would like to make it perfect for my needs and hand size characteristics. I wish you the best and although I would like these changes I know that my control will last for a long time, you can do them with excellent quality.

I would have liked to write a name on the design I chose, but it was not allowed. Also, I could not use both my points and a coupon code at the same time which I do not undertand why. Also, there was no gift wrap option, which i do not like.

Overall controller is a good quality compared to mod junkies and intensafirestore. Com I am happy with my purchase however I do feel the instructions on the controller could be revised and updated BC I noticed a few things that were not correct but in my book its a good purchase.

Took 3 weeks to get my controller then when I get it the sticks are stiff and one of them squeaks I emailed evil controllers asking them and they still haven't reaponded... I emailed them a week ago...

Got to make a great gift for my dad and may use it again to make my own or for my girlfriend.
Would be good if the extra back buttons had a re-mappable option. Was the one thing the controller was missing really.
