I tried to use the discount code you have on the landing page of your website & it wouldn't let me. I tried it several times and it told me it was invalid every time. False advertisement is horrible. This was my sons birthday present, if it hadn't been I would have changed my mind on purchasing with you.

My son's heard about evil controllers from friends. I did some research and all I heard was bad news. I ended up talking to Carlos. He is friendly, and very cordial. I wasn't able to get the free shipping, like I was told, yet it all hopefully, looks good. They are very excited about the controllers. We received our controllers on yesterday. My son's have stated that the controllers are too hard to program. Is there a tutorial that comes with the controllers? Is there a limit on how many mods a person can use at the same time. How can I use all of the mods at the same time? Is there a video that can show a player how to use the mod? The mod does improve the gaming experience.

I think the site is great and the service is exceptional. However, The descriptions of each part of the controllers is lacking in some areas. The controllers are a bit pricey but I can say for sure that i would reccommend this site to friends and family.

Great! I cant wait to hold the controller. The original controller feels cheep and im hoping the quality paint job will give it a better feel.
After receiving the controller I noticed some imperfections in the paint but the overall feel of the controller is amazing. Thank you so much for the quality product. The imperfections include one piece of hair under the paint on the left side of teh controller. On the right side handle was a particle of sand under the paint i assume. The overall paintjob is great!

The only problem I had was my order took too long. I ordered it on May 8th and finally received it on May 24th. After 4 calls trying to find out when it would ship and given false ship dates twice I was told a component was on back order. That is fine but I should have received an email stating that. I do like the controller but I didn't like the way my order was handled.

Well we ordered from you before and then we found a "cheaper" company... I will not make that mistake again I ordered on Dec. 9th and as of Dec 28th I still had no controller... my 12 yr old was crushed for Christmas! Well we finally got our money back and here we are! Lesson learned! You guyz are the best!

Not much to choose from on Xbone stuff but what you have is awsome. I hope the controller has a real gloss finish to it as advertised and not a ruff paint texture like most custome controllers. All and all it went well.

The shopping cart Icon had a 1 in it after refreshing the page. Upon looking in to my shopping cart it showed 2 items. 1 an xbox 360 controller that i had deleted, and a playstation controller that i didnt even make.

The shipping was really fast! I bought a custom PS3 controller with bullet buttons and I dropped it once. I picked it back up and one of the buttons came out! I fixed it with hot glue but it was annoying!

I have fibromyalgia and this lightweight controller with the sensitive buttons is the only way I can play over 20min. It truly is a huge game changer. I feel like I have my favorite hobby back again and that is priceless. I originally got the switch buttons and it wasn't working out for me and they swapped them out no problem. I highly recommend to anyone with any kind of hand issues.

I emailed them about changing the evil sticks since they were too long and getting rid of the back buttons and they sent back the controller just as I asked. Very easy

It was annoying to shop online because i wanted to add another mod after i had added the controller to the cart and it wouldnt let me edit the order, every time i tried clicking edit cart it wouldnt do anything

I wasn't sure if the battery packs were battery cases (which I needed) or the rechargeable battery "cases" (which I didn't want). I was able to find the customer service # online very easily, so I called, and I was immediately put through to a very nice customer service rep who explained the product to me. I'm very impressed! I will definitely return to your site when I have the money to customize my controller!

Evil controllers are the BEST modded controller you can buy. Especially because you can pick the mods and customize your own controller. I strongly recommend evil controllers if you are looking to buy a modded controller.

My Xbox360 controller looks great and functions well. The order process is one of the best customization tools I've encountered and was easy to use. My order took a long time to process, however. I contacted customer service and recieved a prompt reply that the order was being expedited, but still was not shipped until a few days after what was promised. I would recommend Evil Controllers for the great array of customization options, the ease of use of the website, and the finished product, but the order processing and shipping seemed disorganized to me,

I like the controller but the analog sticks are not to my liking. I tried changing them but the analog sticks seem to be fused to the analog modules. I believe this to be a problem because i often like to clean the analog modules to prevent stick drift and since i can't seem to remove the analog sticks, cleaning the modules of dirt and debri seems impossible.

This controller is way better than all the buttons and wires part of the Xbox Adaptive Controller. Buttons that Evil adds are completely mappable, for a price, and the controller is completely one handed. Asking for a separate 3ft. Joystick with a controller curved base was also a necessary option. This has really opened the options for my type of gaming, and seems durable.

Live chat person helped me right away, and free shipping was a very nice surprise. You're the only people I've found who still sell OEM grey thumbsticks for 360 controllers. Can't say I'm disappointed.

Ps4 controll: need more variation of choices, more pices in differensiert colors and pattern. The Orange color was very bright, maybe you have another choice, I didn't see. But we are happy, thanks:-D

I have ordered previously from evil controllers. I had a little SNAFU with the shipping the first time, and since it was delivered USPS there was a lot of complication finding where it was. IF, I was to make one suggestion it would be to have a UPS ground option. Other than that, I was thoroughly satisfied with everything. I am a little sad to see that there is not an option to have sensitive triggers as an option while building a 360 controller. Also, I would have liked to have found ABXY and the center button all in black. Unfortunately I will be purchasing that kit from a competitor. I would have much rather been able to do that all from one trusted location.

Overall keep up the good work that is being done. I hope to see Evil Controllers continue to thrive.

P.S. I love the Evil D-Pad for the 360 controller!

Ordered a pair of DIY kits to upgrade my xbox 360 controllers, 3 weeks later they haven't even shipped them yet even after assuring me they would be in the mail LAST WEEK.

When I asked them about it, they said they would "Put in a request for more information" and just never responded.

The price they ask for what they provide is pretty steep; two get a pair of full controllers will cost almost as much as the console in the first place and it's not really a good sign that they have production / shipping problems in July considering it's not a major gift or retail season.

I've called twice and got no response, e-mail / website communication seems to have about a 20+ hour delay. I wouldn't say I feel scammed but I most likely wont do business with them again nor recommend them unless something changes.
