I tried to call the toll free number with some questions and was not able to get through. I got my questions answered by a friend who buy's from your site.

So far this is the best website I can find to customize a controller easily. If the final product matches what was shown then I will be using this site again.

I liked everything here and I only wish you sold a RED controller option similar to your Orange Glossy (Plain) option. Would love to see some in the future! Also, Kotaku directed me here! :)

Simple, fast and received my controller faster than expected, even with all that is going on. The controller is a dream to play with, responsive, very smooth and well constructed. I give it an A+

I make enough to buy from you. And don't mind it. For the price the face should be painted not a vinyl cut out sticker. But it's a good controller. I just don't think it's worth 300+ without mods.

I got my controller on time, but with a function error, I open a service ticket where they sent me the means to ship it for free, so they fix it and send it right back very fast... awesome

Would have like the option of shift paddles for PS5. No option available for shift paddles so I got the 4 remappable buttons on the the back. Remapping is so easy and the controller is very responsive! I'm very happy with my purchase.

It has been easy to navigate the site and very helpful being able to see what each addition to the controller will look like before I make my final decision.

In all seriousness, the controller plays and feel like a Microsoft stock controller. Evil controllers are top shelf quality!

I spent a lot of time determining where I wanted to order a custom controler from. I hear Evil Controlers was "the best". So I decided to order my controller from them. Ordering online was simple and easy. My control arrived me sooner than I expected but that is because they controller did not have the customizations that I ordered. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times by phone by email and by Facebook. I was unable to get a hold of them to resolve the situation until about 3 or 4 days later. The basically said sorry you can ever refund or you can return it and they can fix it. I asked for a refund. I shipped the controller back two weeks later I received my refund and it wasn't even a full refund. I am highly just satisfied with the service I received from evil controllers and I will never order from them again.

Perfect, everything is smooth. Except I would like more information about the great "mod" you propose for Xbox one and Dualshock 4 directly by placing my mouse selecter on it. And it would be great if we could reverse choice easily on the controller creator. For exemple, if I choose to add my gamer tag and i toggle the box for it, I can't reverse my choice and I have to create a whole new controler in order to erase the id tag and such. Except for that, perfect.

My son bought me a one handed controller and it doesnt work as advertised he attached it to my existing ps4 controller and it would not work not worth the $99.00 he spent on it. I hgad a stroke and only have use of right hand now and he bought this with his own money. What a dissappointment

Pretty amazed to be honest it even came earlier than it said, and everything worked great although it did take me awhile to get the hang of but overall I really like using it.

My controller came broken in many different ways but no worries because I had a warranty they charged me 20$ for repairs and took 2 months to fix the controller. I spent $175 on my original Controller d
For that much I shouldn't have to deal with this, if my mods do not work on my fixed controller that is being shipped/doesn't work I will be very unsatised and I won't want to have to spend another $20 to fix!
