After reading the reviews, i was skeptical about ordering. But given the site creation process and being able to see exactly what i'm ordering, i took a chance. I hope i'm not disappointed.

The controller I ordered looks and feels great... I loved it so much I'm going to try the send in service and custom my other controller but this time with the master mod...

The shopping experience was fast and I customized my controller within less than 5 minutes. But then again I was browsing this website for months till I decided to buy a customized controller.

It was easy and a lot of options... Its hard to figure out and u should just send the directions with the controller but I like u guys and u got my business

The 5-7 day period it took to process my order was to long and was not clearly stated at the checkout. I thought I would get my product sooner but had to wait longer than expected

1) tried using promo code over the weekend and it did not work
2) disappointing that you do not allow promo codes and rewards points on the same purchase, kinda negates the point of getting rewards.

This controller is great! For 3 months. Then it breaks. If yours lasts much longer, consider yourself lucky. I'd read several reviews saying the durability was a huge issue with them only lasting a few months, and I wish I had listened.

Here's how my experience has gone:
Placed an order in July. Received the controller in August (around 1.5 months later, which is reasonable-ish)
Worked great until November, and then I had 1 paddle go out with another one going out.
I sent it in for repairs, which they have great warranty for. But sadly, the reason they probably have this warranty is because deterioration and issues are commonplace and expected.
I did not get my controller back until the end of Januarythis repair process took 2 months.
Got the controller back, and I've put minimal usage on it until recently, and now (March), my controller is short circuiting and none of the paddles work and are unable to be remapped.

It's entirely frustrating to invest so much money and get such little quality. I purchased a skin, new directional buttons, new input buttons, tactile triggers, and the SHIFT paddles.

Overall, the durability is a joke. Don't invest in the shift paddles unless you want to get stuck in the same cycle of breaks and repairs like me. I do love the tactile triggers, they're great. Maybe the buttons are more durable than the paddles? Lastly, I will at least give some credit, as they may have slow timetables but their customer service is helpful and friendly.

I was fairly frustrated while trying to create my controller... couldn't figure out how to remove options after I had selected them and certain things weren't very clear

I did not enjoy this experience at all. The order form was clunky and somewhat difficult to use, which may just be user error I will admit. But the fact that it let me "complete" my order w/o an email entered into the required field is a little more than annoying. That mistake led to almost a week of waiting for an order that was never going to be filled and I didn't even find out it wouldn't be filled until I messaged the support team a couple times. Then once I had the form filled out properly and made my order I never once received a confirmation email and had to email the support team several times to find out why my order was on hold. Eventually I was told there was no reason and that my order had been moved forward. From the time of order to delivery I didn't receive any email or status updates, save the one that asked for several times. Overall the order process was not great and now my controller will not stay connected via bluetooth to my PC. Honestly would not recommend this Evil to anyone I know at the moment.

After significant confusion - admittedly by my own misunderstanding, Adam patiently answered all my questions and ensured my order was accurate.

10 bucks to ship an already overpriced faceplate is way too much the only reason i am buying it is because it is a gift if it was for me i wouldnt have payed anywhere near $**.**

Love this controller it's very op, very much worth the price, I love all the customization options aswell. Also 10/10 customer service these guys are very understanding and helpful!

This was the best controller I've ever had! The 4 paddles are so perfect for my fingers to click comfortably! 10/10 I would recommend the paddles over the buttons!

X button circle button triangle button have to be smashed down to operate a week old never dropped I don't eat food While I play I wash my hands so there's no dirt in it this controller is garbage I spent $300 for a week old controller no longer is a good I'd rather have a scuff controller

Buggy and confusing selection panels for custom controllers. Had to restart alot of times because I couldn't remove a product that I wanted to see how looked!
