Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).

Great details, just had a little trouble trying to match the orange of the controller to my sticks. Witch i never got to change because the orange was off. But other than that great website.

Website was easy to navigate, with easy payment and shipping. Controller is made from solid material, comes with a instruction pamphlet, and works great with my BF games.

These look so epic! Look great but just a small thing, could u guys add gold buttons, gold triggers and a gold shell the Xbox one controllers but those are just suggestions my experience was great :)

My sticks broke in my controller, but after a quick live chat with one of the employees, i realized i could just have the sticks shipped here and fix it myself. I purchased the sticks right away
I always use this controller for apex or any other 3rd or 1st person shooters game, and so far its a huge difference. Back button feel more better then a scuf controller they don't feel cheap either.
I wanted to try out this controller to see the difference between the scuf and the evil and the series 2. So far the evil and series 2 are hands down the best controller I'd recommend to anyone

It was good but there were a few glitches etc. I am also unable to check whether I purchased a red PS4 controller travel case added on to my PlayStation remote.
Website was unresponsive multiple times and kicked me off of the site. It was frustrating having to restart once you get the look you wanted. Also loading was slow going from option to option.
I called to make changes & the guys were so polite & professional. They did exactly as I asked & I received the controller way sooner than expected. I had a very happy Grandson!

Loved it! Contacted them through every way possible. Live chat, phone, and email. Wanted to make sure I got everything the way I wanted it, and they answered all my questions.
I ordered a master mod controller for the xbox one with a custom design aswell and it performed great and no problems and not only that it looks sick love it!
Changes in the website were a little frustrating between choosing custom controller and actually placing order. Some things were available one time then the next time on website they were not.
Really wisht there was a awy to buy trigger stops separately from inside a controller. I would love to give you my business but I have had to go to Amazon for those! Cheers! Amazing backplate!
Tried to make the top part white but couldn't figure it out, so please modify my order to be white on top trim if possible. Call if more money.
