A lot of choices for customized controllers. Arrived well within the stated delivery time for a customized controller. Very safely packaged. Would order from Evil Controllers again.

Thought the prices were cad and were shocked when they converted after checkout. Really wanted the controller i made and was excited so i purchased it anyway..

These questions were asked after I placed my order. I can't truly evaluate this company until after I receive the controller so this is a bit misleading.

I ordered the controller with all the modifications my Grandson requested and it was simple even for me to get through the several screens to customize it.

It was good, the live chat appeared to be a bot though, would have preferred a more personal experience. Prices could be a tad lower, though i understand it is a premium service.

Prices were a little much but as far as overall selection available, blows other competition away. If not for the coupon I don't know that I would pay that much for a controller.

It was fun being able to create my own controller! The only thing is that the same colors don't really match with the signature Evil Controller. But other than that it was awesome!

The checkout process failed many times. It just froze at the billing details screen when trying to go to the shipping details screen. Not sure whether it was your site or my technology...

Very quick and easy. I like the site layout. A little bit disappointed that the bullet buttons were out of stock but other than that I do like this site.

Its taken us around and hour to place this order, had to change names and cards. Took 2 people to place the order. At first shipping was free and by the time we finished there was a charge.

It was good i used this site when i first got my xbox 360 and loved the controller now that i have the xbox one i am excited to experience a evil controller like i always have

They sent us a defective controller and we sent it back to get fixed... and now THEY NEED $15 TO SEND IT BACK TO US EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT US A DEFECTIVE CONTROLLER IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Literally go anywhere else. This company sucks and so does their customer service.

I love shopping on here and love the opinion to make payments I ordered a evil controller a long time ago and as of 2022 I don't have the options like u did on the PS4 and Xbox where u can get sensitive triangle square circle X and the mods arnt really usable on war zone or the new call of duty's like fast reload and so on they can only be use with the older games I love evil controllers but it needs a big update to where u have everything if your paying 300 to 400 for a controller

My dad is missing a hand. He really enjoyed it. The only problem he was is that their isn't a way to brace the controller for the non-digital appendage to press the left stick.

I don't recommend unless you don't mind waiting, I ordered my controller with the quickest shipping method and the rush order, and it's been over a week and it's still not on the way.

I liked how their was a picture for every change that I made to my controller as I made it. Also the response time to the question I had via e-mail was very fast.

The text on the controller was a little hard had to reset controller a few times but i got it down, over all a lot to customize and was very pleased with the prices

Complicated, and xbox 360 controllers are originally white and not black. You should keep that in mind, beacause it's impossible to buy a white one from you.
