Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
I love all the new options. The orange camo is SO bright. I love it. I miss the NOMAD most of all! The user-programmable relocated buttons were really awesome. Please bring it back! ;)
I wish you had more selection in colors, for example on the vision backplate you had matte and glossy red, but on the front all you had was red chrome.
Super easy to customize and order a controller. The controller itself is super easy to program but a full booklet on how to change all the mods would be great

I love all the option I had I just wish I was more in control of the size of the tag and location. I also wish I could input a image of my own. Beside that all is good

While building controller, please add stock on pages that do not have stock so that you do not have to refresh on the controller page and restart. Overall amazing shop!

Shipping charges are quite high and site did not disclose how long a customized product would take to ship (before choosing speed of shipping)--I hope it arrives by Christmas!
For someone with no knowledge of modding a more detailed explanation of mod combinations would be helpful. For example can you utilize more than one mod at a time? If so which ones.

It was okay just for the fact it took a month to receive my order but for reason being cause of COVID-19 so understandable but i was very impressed that I received a shirt and a controller case along with my remote so overall it was worth the wait and I will be back in the future.
