Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
Birthday present for my 12 year old son... he found exactly what he wanted. Hopefully he'll be as excited as he is now when it arrives!

The site has a very simple, yet efficient layout. I had no problems choosing and customizing the PS4 controller to my own liking.
The prices were expected and I created a custom controller, but the prices for teh tag lines seemed way too much.

I really liked the customization options for the controllers, was hoping to have a estimated delivery time somewhere on the order.
It was great except you couldn't uncheck and item once selected. You had to start building the clicker again from scratch.
Good website, controller is nice, only complaint would be battery doesn't seem to last near as long as a standard controller.
