Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
This is my second controller I'm buying from EVIL. Best place to get a modded controller and very reliable

Only complaint on shopping experience is there needs to be more info on the site about what mods are in the master mod and what games they work on.

The mod works great and easy to use just didn't receive any of the custom add ons to the controller that I paid extra for

Don't like that you can't edit your controller once it's in your cart to go back and add something. You have to start all over
