Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
You guys had the most choices to customize my controller to my liking. Thanks for making this an easy experience.
No support thru the email Notification and Phone - Just had questions about the mods and coupons. Never got an answer
We had to use customer service for some issues with the controller- CS responded very quickly and solved the issues.

Everything was simple and easy, just when it shows what games are compatible needs to be updated to recent games.
I have gone through many other companys who do this and they are cheaper and have free 4-5 day shipping.
Your site was much easier to use than other custom controller websites. And your site explained the options more thoroughly.
Gave four stars on the shopping experience due to the difficulty of finding just the standalone faceplate kit (~10 minutes).
Shipping was supposed to be included and wasn't. You need to have someone other than Edmonton deliver as that was our only issue
Overrall it did take ages but now that i have my controller it feels great and its amazing i do like this site
Takes a while to be processed if you have any tags or splatters. But overall you get wat you build, which is awesome

It was nice and easy an understandable, i wish the prices couldve been a little better but other than that it was perfect.
The only improvement I would like to see is an itemization of price for each added modification on the invoice prior to checkout.

I loved the controller but i wanted a yellow bottom trim for the xbox 360 controller and it didn't come with one because it was out of stock.
I liked how it displayed the on screen look of the controller because other sites dont do that, also the 40% off code made it a no brainer
The online experience was great. Lots of fun building it. I thought it would take longer to arrive but it was just three weeks.
Well it declined it once and I had to go all the way back to repeat the credit card so thats why 4 stars.
Need to communicate quicker with customers; people will wait -- but you need to tell them there is a delay, and not just ignore them.
