Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
These work as they should, overly priced in my opinion.
I needed these and this was the first place I found.
The creative and sales teams have been very helpful. Great service would and probably will order again and would recomend.
I love the customizations for the controllers! This site is definitely better than any other site i have been to.
It has been great but my square button is not confirming right away and the joy stick took a little of the decal off the hole where the joy stick is

The only improvement i wish for, is the range of the customizable Controller parts like the colours, for example black keys.
The controller designer was very useull, although i wish you could customise the text on the controller more
Ordering this for my grandson's birthday. This is the 3rd one I have ordered for 3 grandsons. One more to go.
We want to change the color of the other buttons but there wasn't a choice for that same color as the other buttons
I loved the controller creator, but I'd like to be able to change the view of the controller. (360º changeable view maybe?)

Wouldnt let me customize all 4 different ring of lights only the player one so i had to just choose a solid color
