Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
This is the first time I have ordered from here. We will see if I like it or not.
I would like the option to put more than 2 buttons on the back and also different analog sticks

Great Selection, Amazing Mod selection, but I wish the controller itself was a little bit more designable
Simple, Quick, I have a little trouble with Controller Creator and often find myselfing having to refresh and / or start over to undo selections.
It was ok. The new site is meh. But other than that I eventually found what I wanted.

Buttons were supposed to be orange and they came chrome. Other than that it looks and works fine.
