Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
It was allot better then other sites i tried it is the best modded controller site

This will be the 3rd mod controller that I am getting, I always use evil controllers.
Whole process went fine to me. The pro buttons are in weird spot to me but works great though.
