Would have liked a picture of modified product in cart. I found that a bit confusing, it showed a black controller which is not what I wanted. Then when I went back to check I had to fill out fields to register a second time.

The site said there was a SAVE30 promotion... My son went through the whole design process and then the order timed out... When we entered the SAVE30 it would not let us... Quite disappointed at this.

The controller is great! Feels like quality. It was fairly simple to customize my controller. It didn't take very long for them to build it either! Their customer service is amazing! They actually respond to your questions and concerns.

Although the controller is well made, I believe testing should be done to make sure the controllers are in working order, especially when for international orders. The controller I purchased as an issue with headphones not working with it.

I purchased the adaptive controller that has the left joystick removed and in a separate box that you can stick to the back of the controller. The controller works but is still extremely difficult to use. It also took roughly a month to get delivered even after paying for the expedited shipping and processing option.

The customer service issue I had was after making email contact with a specific question, I received a standardised email in response which did not answer my question. However, I followed up with the online chat and the person on the other end was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

I received the item for Christmas, it looks like what I ordered, but it was created by my 12 year old and to be honest, its all foreign to me, but it looks good!

Overall good, the only thing i did not like is the warranty charge. Seems like if i pay 200 plus for a controller you would prove this at no charge being that most companies do this for free. Seems silly to me...

I got this as a birthday gift for my bf and he loved it! He is obsessed with the Master Mod! I just wished I could write more texts on the controller and anywhere I wanted since the options were very limited.

Master mods are a bit confusing to use. I've been using mine for MW2 2022. Some of the mods advertised don't work or don't work well. I wish they would release updated YouTube videos for the new generation console controllers.

It is a great controller site, and definitely worth it! I do miss how you could have gold buttons for the Xbox 360 controllers. It was my favorite choice of buttons, especially since it was also the Xbox guide button, and made the LED red, blue, and green colors stand out. Still a great controller creator website!

Evil controllers did a great job this time making sure that there was no stick drift (unlike my 1st evil controller). Its been a little over a month and the controller still functions perfectly; hopefully it stays this way. Ultimately its feels better than my 1st evil controller quality wise.

I was very disappointed when my 1st controller came with stick drift and they said they couldn't do anything about it. A year or so later i needed a repair for two paddles and the evil team didn't want to fix it either, and told me at that point its better to just buy a new controller. I was very sad and disappointed that i didn't receive any type of help on a product that meant alot to me.

I'm getting another controller because your company is the best but your customer service is terrible. Your phone number doesn't work half the time and I get no answer when I do finally get through. I am getting a second controller because the one I got 7 months ago stopped working which I'm still trying to get through to your company to get tech support. Great controllers, terrible customer service!

I'd like the option to add a color led to your in stock controllers. Also, if you use the back button at the pay screen you start over from the beginning. I just wanted to change one mod and had to rebuild the whole controller from scratch.

I bought a pervious controller from Best Buy. They no longer carry this product. Looked up the information and found your website. I first I was not sure to order from the website. But I did and now my husband is very happy with his birthday gift. For the price it's okay, as long as he's happy I am happy. I would highly recommend this place.

Do not like the auto checkout feature after clicking add to cart (pain when trying to but multiple). Had a PayPal address mismatch the first time I tried to checkout. The website did not handle this very well and just emptied my cart. I had to redo everything (adding to cart, shipping info etc.)

I was very pleased with the overall experience however i had to start the controller creation over many times due to the fact that when i pressed the edit button it started with a new controller and erased my progress. Also the tag line and graphics are not able to be toggled. Other than that Evil Controllers is by far my best experience with this type of service.

I'm loving my controller! It looks very nice with the buttons and shell kit, and I love the evil d-pad, thumbsticks, and backplate. I have been having issues with a bumper and one of the thumbsticks though that I didn't have before I put on the new shell. I opened it and checked a few times and found nothing. At first I thought the shell may just be pushing something out of place, but I think I just did something wrong, as I saw no other complaints about the same problem. To be expected when I've never assembled a controller before. I would for sure suggest any of the products from Evil Controllers, their customer service is stellar as well!

I love this website for custom controllers. All of the shells and colors are very unique and different from other sites. If there was some things i could change though it would be to all colors for the select/start buttons and make custom LEDs.

Great selection of controllers and mod options. SImple, easy to use check out system. Also a great selection of accessories. The controller carrying cases are great! I wish they had more Wii U stuff though.

Everything went smoothly during the ordering process. The only thing that I disliked was once you put a controller into the wishlist all that was given was a list of details. I am a visual person and as I built different controllers it would have been nice to see them in my wishlist so I could compare better

Good controller. Had to ship it back to get parrts they forgot added to the controller. The face buttons seem to stick at times

I gave you evilcontrollers all 5 stars great service controller feels great in your hands mods are awesome, only cons is hopefully in the future you guys can take some time out and make tutorial videos for any controller you have would be awesome for customers to quickly learn the controller other then that controller was here in a week and done great. Will recommend to friends and purchase a PS4 controller once Mod is out. Keep up the great job guys
