This is an amazing Xbox one controller, responsive and great feel in the hands. Customer service was great If you're contemplating buying one stop thinking and just do it. Simply put this should be the controller that comes with the Console.

Experience has been positive. Due to covid it took longer to receive than normal.
The learning curve to use the one handed controller is steep for now. Playing relaxing games for a while before getting into action games :)

I have left messages for 3 days for someone to call me and no one has. I'm still not sure if I correctly placed the order & I'm very apprehensive about whether or not I ordered the right thing. Very unhappy

I don't have a finger to put on the controller I got. Perfect operation. High quality. Works just after my wishes, and the cargo was super fast. But a little expensive I think it is. But all in all, super happy

Very good. Really like that i can see the choices i make in the custom creator. For some reason there was no option for a coloured D-Pad. That would have been nice, but no big deal. Very excited for my purchase.

A very easy website to use and great to see how the controller can look as each page goes by. My son is very excited. We obviously haven't ordered from you before so it is difficult to say whether we will buy from you again. Hopefull the 4 star rating we have given you will be accurate!

Supposed to have a coupon of "CYBER" but ut wouldnt work so proceeded to try and sign up for newsletter but wouldnt work and no one was online for support. Not happy about paying full price. May return it unless something is done to correct this.

I ordered a controller, but the controller was not delivered and was sent back to the sender. Evil Controller just doesn't respond anymore and doesn't help to find the package, it doesn't matter, the main thing is that it was paid for. Cheating cheating

This is a gift for my 11 year old son. I had NO idea what i was looking for, i had never even heard of a modded controller. A friend recommended your controllers, as i had no basis for information other than amazon.com. I used your "chat" option to ask some questions, the representative was helpful, cheerful, friendly and very informative! I appreciate your the ability to ask questions and get quick answers! I will definitely recommend you to others, your service was amazing!

The Gold Warranty is a Joke. I bought it then have to pay for a bunch of repairs. I was quoted an amount for the repair then you later come back with more costs. Sounds like a scam to me. I even had to pay for the shipping to and fro for the controller when you guys state in your warranty that its covered and offer it for free on your site.

This is the second controller I am purchasing. I recently purchased an Xbox 360 control and am very happy with the product. My only issue I had was the extremely long wait time of 3 weeks that it took to recieve the control. Hopefully this goes A lot smoother.

The controller came to me exactly as I expected and I enjoyed it. It had everything I wanted and definitely blew me away when I had seen it the first time. Definitely worth it for 200+.

I received my order however one of my custom designs were not correct as on the original order. I have contacted Evil Controllers and they have been very helpful and willing to make things right. They have offered to correct the problem but I have changed my mind and they are going to one up themselves by allowing me to upgrade my controller further with no added costs. I am very pleased with the outcome of this entire purchase process and will refer Evil Controllers to my friends and family and will be using Evil Controllers for my future custom controller needs.

I got a controller before, was great, and a good deal when i got it. Now me and a friended are getting new ones, since I spilled water on the old one and broke it.

The time it takes for you to ship an item is pretty extreme, making your services a little hard on the impatient. I would also like to see even more customization options.

Evilcontroller has been great to me got my controller about a year ago and it got to me within 3 days and work perfect and now I finally got my joy sticks worn down from playing with it so much that I just ordered new ones with a couple other things. But its best quality I have used of controllers and wont go to anyone else now.

Bought xbox1 controller with all mods, only to find out that all the mods listed don't come on xbox1. Also lack of instructions and vagueness of how it works and what games it will work with would help. Having some basic videos to watch would be helpful. Only 1 video for 360 controller and they talk and show moves so fast that it's impossible to keep up.

I received my controller with all performance upgrades (no mods) and every feature works perfectly. The only minor inconvenience is the small buttons are hard to find. I fixed this my sticking solid bejazlling plastic crystals to the buttons to add size to them. With this edition the controller is perfect. My max performances went up by over 20% in the competitive games I play when switching from default.

I absolutely love the design of every controller! I currently own 3 after this recent order and I have told everybody to check this site out! The experience itself was awesome. There are tons of options that are easily applicable to the products you're searching for. The only issue, that in all reality can't be helped unless higher buyer volume is achieved, is that the prices climb incredibly fast. It's a little discouraging for the buyer (but again, it's something that can't really be helped).

I am so happy with all the service from Evil. I spoke with Josh on numerous occasions and not only was he courteous and helpful, he went out of his way to help with my shipping issues right before Christmas (USPS was horrible). Thanks so much for all the good customer service and products.

Your site is slated for experienced gamers. Most gamers I know are my son's age and not their parents. It seems, like most of my friends have stated, most online businesses don't want to set up a site more friendly to non-gamers. What is an Evil ID that you put on a controller? I have no clue, so that feature did not interest me as most of what you want to charge extra for. You might want to put a few more hints (question marks that give pop ups to explain why I would want to spend money for that.

Again, your site doesn't seem to want to cater to the people acutally earning the money that buys your products. Also, responsible parents usually don't give their children an open credit card to use.

Order my controller over 2 months ago and still haven't received it. Its just a basic modded controller with no graphics. Customers service is a joke. It's like they dont care. They already have your money, so it's like I will send it whenever I want. I emailed them about the status of my controller they replied it takes 3 weeks. I responded its been over 2 months! It's been 2 more weeks no response.! I believe this company is a scam!

Overall easy buying experience and the quality so far is really good. I had a few minor issues with the controller (cosmetic only just being picky). Everything works really well... just a solid controller.
