Only recommendation I would have is the ability to see the specific font when creating a tag line. It would be nice to be able to see the final controller on the purchase screen as well... there is currently a white controller displayed

Seems a little pricey just to get a different color controller. It looks really nice, but have to clean it a lot to maintain the look. For that high or a price just to change the color, it would be nice if the material could keep cleaner.

This is my 2nd controller from Evil. I broke a nerve in my left arm due to a wreck due to a stroke while driving. I thought my gaming days were over. Evil Controllers gave me back my hobby. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking for a means to game and have a disability thst keeps you from playing with both hands.

I am very thankful for finding them and the freedom to play again that they have giving me.

It was okay for the most part. But the instructions I received on how to enable the buttons was horrible, the print was faded out and I had to guess on half of the words just to think what it said and hopefully makes sense..

4 and a half Star I feel is a fair rating. I had to take half a star cause the controller didnt work in the first place.
I got my controller sometime in 2016. I had a issue with one of the controller triggers. But once I contacted evil's customer service member Josh. He did everything within his power to get me a working controller. And despite the initial problem I will be buying more controller for evil strictly because of their customer service..

I just got some enjoyment trying the new mods, rapid-fire and all that fun, i would love to order another one when i get more money for more controller options like a stick and other stuff, but so far i enjoyed it alot, and i am happy to have my first ever modded controller... and it won't be my last someday

The overall selection of shells are amazing. I really enjoy creating a one of a kind controller that no one else has seen. I would like to see more options that involve changing the color of the R1, R2, L1, L2 buttons and changing the color of the light bar in the future.

The site kept crashing when I went to add an item to my cart. I had to keep refreshing the screen. Finally I created an account before I added items to my cart then it worked. The site was a little slow during the order process. Great products and site otherwise.

I loved the site it was easy to navigate through the prices are awesome and i love the controllers and the shipping time if my friends are looking to buy costume controller i will definitely recommend this site

I was ordering a controller for my son and i thought i checked the paddles but i evidently didn't.the controller was good but i could tell he was disappointed and didn't want to wait to send it back. Pay attention when u order

I ordered a series x controller and received it fairly quickly. However, upon attempting to use the controller it was quickly established that there were some issues. I contacted customer support and they troubleshot it with me and ultimately determined that I would need to send the controller in for a technician to look at and correct the issues. (So far so good) the customer support rep emailed me stating I would receive a return shipping label via email. Then the problems started, I never received any shipping label and when I email the support address I never get a reply. I've tried texting the support number and opening a follow up support case…. No response from them.

It's sucks, I really was looking forward to using my custom 260+ dollar controller.

I like this web site because its the cheapest place to but controllers and I like the customization options.
But i don't like how they ship there products because they use FedEx and they are the worst company to ship with in my opinion.

This is a very nice website to customize your controller and add mods to it. I am highly going to recommend and introduce this website to my friends and I am most likely going to purchase from evil again! I can not wait to get my controller! :D

Website is awesome, however, the interface/selection of options while layering colors or switching colors on custom controllers is glitchy. Switching because colors will cover up the text you entered. To get around this you have to refresh the page, and start all over again.

It was fun creating my controller! I do have two issues however.

First when I did a search on "orange urban" I would have expected to have only the items with orange AND urban show up in the list, or at the very least have them at the top of the results. I had to navigate in a few pages into the search results to find the particular orange urban kit I was interested in.

Secondly, after I had created my controller, when I clicked edit to change the warranty, I had to reselect all of the options over again from the beginning instead of having my previous choices already selected - the edit button is more of a "start over" button.

This is my second order with evil controllers - my first experience was excellent - quality good and fast shipping - my son loved his xbox controller for his birthday and wanted a ps3 controller for christmas - would recommend to everyone:-)

Would like a pic of the controllers in the cart. I created a few versions with different options and faces to compare, but they didn't show up. Chose the cheapest prebuilt instead of the custom because of it.

The site is easy to navigate, and everything is presented in a neat and professional manner. Finding my desired item and placing my order was a breeze, and the controller creator is pretty neat, too. No complaints.

I previously purchased an evil controller for my ps5 with the same tweaks as my evil Xbox x controller—my ps5 works great—instant triggers work perfect, but my xbox instant right trigger has some lag in it—not as satisfied

I bought a controller back in September an never recieved my controller, and now it's november. So I waited for them to do all the claim stuff an at the end of everything they said they delivered an sorry for me not receiving my controller?! That's all so I ended up paying over 200 dollars for nothing! F*** this company is all I have to say! Super laggy service, bad customer service!

Pretty straight forward and simple, however I do believe the "next" button when selecting the back plate should take you to the battery pack as well. I almost overlooked them and would have had a mismatching battery pack.

I thought I was buying a master mod controller, but what it what I got was a rapid fire controller. What the description said on the rapid fire controller was that it had the capabilities of the Master mod but it doesn't. It also stated that it would ship out in a certain time but if they had to build one, then allow 7-10 days extra. I bought 2 sticky bomb controllers with no extra requirements from the advertisement and it took the whole 10 days. I didn't understand that seeing it was a standard fabrication.

We received the controller. It is perfect, My son will be thrilled. They are a little on the expensive side. I would have liked to be able to add a little more to the controller but because we hadn't used your company yet I was hesitant to spend more $$
If we order again, I am satisfied with spending more.
