Great descriptions on mods. All in all a great controller but I wish I would have not bought the grips they apply ok but they started to fall off the next day and also are to raised and thick. Took off Immediately and had to sponge the adhesive off.

The shopping process itself is nice. You customize your controller and go to the paying page.
But only there you can see the additional shiping costs, which are quite much. Also, there are customs fees which are quite expensive to.
All in all no fault of Evil Controllers, but it would have been nice if there were a panel with a text like "For importers: remember that shipping costs and customs fee have to be paid alongside the controller".

Still, I swallowed the pill, and I have to say that the delivery time was fast and the controller itself was exactly how I imagined it.

I won a controller a few years back from a giveaway you guys were doing. I became obsessed! It enhanced my gaming experience and I can't play with a regular controller anymore. My husband surprised with a new controller in my favorite color and I love it.

I have ordered a controller before and it was perfect. I needed another one, so i decided to try new companies and it was the most horrible decision i have ever made. Here i am again to take another perfect controller.

The purchase was easy and the customer service was good and whilst it worked the controller was excellent. However I have a fault with my controller so have had to return it for a repair which hasn't been cheap.

It was ok but the email trail went dead.

It was really easy to customize my controller. I didn't know exactly what I was looking at because the controller was for my son. This site was the third one I visited, and it was the easiest one to use. I also enjoy the rush shipping option, I hope I get the controller before Christmas.

Theres not enough info on how to make it work I've tried inputting the codes given for Rapid fire and my guns are shooting slow it doesn't lock In yall need better in game tutorial especially for the price

The case was not completely seated/did not line up. The paint began peeling on the battery case button with the first couple days. Apparently the plastic was not prepared properly or the paint was not the correct type of primer/paint?

I waited 3 weeks before I received my order. After numerous calls about the whereabouts of my controller it was a finally shipped. The instructions on the website do not match the controller. I have waited three days for a response by email on how to use and program the controller. I will find another company for a modded controller in the future.

I am satisfied with how my order was handled, but I would suggest calling Evil Controllers if you are ordering the additional add on regarding the left analog stick so you can discuss how that is handled.

A bunch of my buddys told me I should go with Evil Controllers for a new modded controller and I hear nothing but the best reviews from their products. I'm very excited to get my controller from them and game away on it. The ordering process has been exceptional so far and and from what I hear the product is no different.

Wish you had more options for ps4. Would love to see minecraft stuff for all systems:)

I was a little disappointed that I didn't receive a charging cord with my new controller. For paying $69 for a brand new controller then all the mods $150 later and it only coming in a foam pouch inside a box, with no charging cord & no instructions. Was so disappointed with packaging.

I really love all the options you have for the controller. The only thing that i was disappointed about was that the color option purple chrome was taken away from the shell. I was planning a design for a controller a couple months ago and i wanted purple chrome.

Easy customization, the one thing i wish there was, is a way to lock all the settings from being hit on accident. I remap buttons all the time by accident playing cod because i press select to look at the score board often.

I though that I would be able to re-map controls with the controller completely. I can duplicate controls to the extra buttons but it does not un-map/re-map the control I wish to move. I was hoping to move the push down on the right joystick to a extra button and eliminate the function on the right joystick.

The menus are easy to navigate. However, I did not select the PRO D pad for my controller, because the picture was not very appealing. It looked pixelated. I feel like a better picture could sway people to buy it.

Awesome website which is really easy to maneuver. I would like to see more options in regards to theme selection for Xbox 1 controllers. There Is a big difference in the amount of options between xbox1 and 360.

Website looked more legit than others, and seemed more professional. Building a controller was very easy and cost less than others. I called the phone number and was answered both times i called and information was given quickly. I think you should edit your controller bios so people know that they work on BF4 and CoD: Ghosts

I have large hands so normal sized ps4 controllers are a little bit on the small side and the back buttons are less touchy than the paddles but harder to push without having to shift my hands around so I tend to still have to take fingers off the triggers

I would like to see more options for some of the parts in the controller creator, for example the color options are not all the same and some of the parts you sell on the site like the clear top pieces and the silver bullet ABYX buttons are not options. Also I think it would be cool if I could send you an image in a jpeg or something and that be what you put on the controller, like a family photo or a pic I thought was cool on the internet. I do have to say though the vision backplate is the sweetest thing in gaming I have ever seen. Big fan. But I am wondering if this option will appear in the xbox one controllers as well

We tried to order several times. We complete the customizing, went to checkout and it added things we didn't select. The price changed from $180 to $370. This happened repeatedly. We gave it one last chance before giving up and it processed as correctly.
We double checked everything and we're at a loss as to why it added things we didn't ask for

The rapid fire is really glitchy. I used to had an evil controller back in the day with rapid fire, but this one I'm constantly resetting it and programming it to a setting that works. The rest of the controller is awesome, thumb sticks and quick triggers are a really nice feel.
