Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
The customer service is a friendly one, but when you try to check on your progress on your order you should know that assembly takes roughly about 3-4 weeks when you don't choose to rush your order.
There is no such product on the market as unique as EvilControllers

As stated above there was an issue with the after market stick necks. But besides that the overall experience was great and they actually understand what Legacy controls are when a lot of people don't and think its Southpaw.

This would be my 3rd controller I've got from you guys 2 ps and this will be my first xbobx- flawless use for the other 2 and you guys do good work so, I'm expecting the same-

They're the only company out there, I could find, that wasn't trying to completely reinvent the wheel with controller modifications!
Overall great experience with Evil. Received an on-handed control in 2019 after an amputation. Plenty of options to customize your controller from paint to triggers. The remote stick works out perfectly. They are willing to work with you to get the setup you need. I have had 2 PS4 controllers and just this year upgraded to the PS5.
The service can be a bit troublesome. Before COVID-19, it was pretty quick, but since then it has been slow. I realize they are not a large company and have fewer employees but a better order tracking/update service is needed. It can go many weeks without any communication. I have had to return several times due to remote stick drift but that could just be extra wear as I use my foot.
That all said Evil makes a good controller, the accessible unit gets me back into gaming. Although slow at times the warranty service itself is great. They even made some repairs that were not exactly "defects" (granddaughter's pet rabbit chews a cord, twice). Nice to communicate with. So yes I will probably be getting Evil again when this PS5 version wears out. So get your Evil gaming on!
They build a great accessible gaming controller for PS but have not tried Xbox yet. Plus lots of options to make gaming easier and more fun.or competative.
The extended thumbstick does not last very long. 3rd repair for drift I believe.

Almost everything is good, except they forgot to put the 10ft cable on the remote stick.
Loved my first one but really like this one because of the upgrades, the extra tension is the best.
Contacted due to incorrect cable length. They refunded the cost because I could still use it and did not want to send it back in as my old controller was broken.
They offer one-handed controllers, which I need. The variety of mods is also a big plus, controller totally configurable to my liking and need.
As a one-handed gamer your custom controllers allow me to play at a competitive level.

Great sticks, rubber is soft and rips after months of gaming but no other sticks on the market I like so I always keep coming back

My hands hurt when playing games, so I wanted a lighter controller. Evil controllers created a very light controller and my hands hurt significantly less using it. Thank you for letting me get back to things I enjoy.
I wanted a lighter controller.
This helped my wife be able to play games for longer due to the lightness and easier press of the buttons. She has a thumb issue and this helped her a bit compared to he normal controller.
I chose them due to the biggest reason they seemed to offer the lightest controller and it is indeed very light.
Products from the company are very good and have little to no issue. However, communications about timelines for delivery and manufacture could be better as well as shipping notifications could be better.

Purchased an "accessible" controller for my disabled son a year ago. After ten months the d pad stopped working. I contacted Evil and they said it was covered by warranty and send it to them for free repair. I used tracked delivery to send it to them. After two weeks they sent me an email that my "ticket was closed" and I could rate their service. Well no controller has come back, and no response to my email queries. They probably sold my son's controller to some other dupe.
I would have been better off trying to fix it myself.

Typical experience dealing with business to consumer issues. Only complaint is that build time took over a month, but I was told was due to missing controller parts for PS4 controllers. Customer service was pretty quick with response times.
I tried scuf and didn’t like paddles. I was loyal to battle beaver customs, but their quality has gone down since COVID. Every controller I get eventually gets major stick drift within the first month of use. Just wanted to try a different company.
No issues faced while placing my order. They take their time but the end product is quality.

This is a very well made product. The components don't feel cheap and is a great pro controller. My favorite aspect of this controller were the paddles they implement on the ps4 controller. They're easy to press and are far better than what's out there. I do wish they had these paddles for the ps5 controller. Furthermore, shipping wasn't ridiculous like some of these other pro controller companies. My controller was behind a week, but I talked to a representative and they shipped it out the next day. Great customer service. Overall, this was a great experience compared to other pro controller companies out there.
