We were slightly upset that the colour we chose and ordered was unavailable when the website let us order the custom colours, so our choice was unavailable which voids the " customise your controller" buying experiance. The controller we chose was upgraded free of charge which we are pleased about and despite the colour blue not been available, we found the buying experiance and customer service polite and kind.

Everything was very good except for the shipping. It was suppose to be here the 21st and didn't make it until the 24th Xmas eve. Postal service delayed it after it was initially shipped by the looks of the tracking. Besides that love the controller

My last order went well and this appears to be going well.
I can now update this to say that the PS4 controller arrived earlier than I expected and looks good and performs well.
I bought it for my son who is delighted with it.

The site is very well but the price of the product is high. Though you do ship to Puerto Rico for free. I had dificulty searching through the website for the product. It did not appear on the search results. So I had to follow the link from youtube.

The controllers are awesome and I am going to buy more, the only issue I had is with the controller creator issues. I couldn't undo most of my options, so I had to reset everything and do it all over.

It was a good customizable experience and i got most the things i needed, just some things were way overpriced in my opinion, they may not be i honestly do not know. It was an easy shopping experience in all.

The controllers are great. the first one i had lasted a couple of years but the buttons must have gotten wired wrong because i would hit one button and it would do the action for another button most of the time.Other then that i enjoyed it i lve the separate D-pad.

web site kept kicking me out stating my address did not match the merchant. not sure what the heck that means but my address has not changed in many many years and my paypal account has not either I had to reenter all the info several times to no evail

I ordered my $287 and not only did it take 3 months to arrive but i shipped here with stick drift in the controller & i didn't even relieve a email saying my controller arrived. So i tried to return it first day and they said i couldn't cause of covid and the weekend. Recently R2 stopped working and my back stopped working.

Good shop hope so that the product is also good!

EDIT: For the first time - The Custom Controller has a very good near perfect quality!

Nice website. Easy to shop. The Fortnite controller is always trying to reload the weapon and somewhat slows down the building. But other than that it's a solid controller. Nice low profile paddles. Nice job and concept!

Your site was working fine until it was time to pay, I tried using 5 different cards and finally the only way I was able to pay was to go through this long process in opening up a paypal account. VERY inconvient

Took a few weeks to arrive but was packed perfectly and had everything inside.

Well designed site and controller creator, I shopped every site Google would return and yours is the only service that would allow my text to be placed; most would not allow the number of characters I required or they would place it in a poor position on the controller.

Really cool decals for the controllers, I was looking for an Outrun/Hotline Miami color style and midnight fits it almost to a T.

The only thing I might recommend is adding an option on your website that lets you fully customize only the aesthetic parts of the controller, I would have customized the bumpers and triggers etc if I wasn't also paying for the mods that I didn't want. Otherwise looking forward to getting the controller.

In general the controller is very overpriced as soon as you start doing any upgrades.

When I originally got the controller the left bumper button was non functional out of the box. It took several emails to their customer service before they stopped trying to have me troubleshoot the controller by resetting it even though in very single email I told them the bumper wasn't working from the second I connected it to my PS. Unfortunately I basically had to threaten them with legal action before they granted me an RMA.

Yes, eventually it was fixed and returned but it was way too much hassle. I dropped almost $500 on that controller and not only did I expect it to work when I got it, I expected to have a lot less trouble getting it fixed.

Horrible. They kept trying to get me to troubleshoot the controller and clear programming even though the left bumper button never worked. As in the controller arrived with the button not working. I told them that in at least two emails and they didn't pay attention. It took a third email, very strongly worded and hinting at legal action before they grudgingly allowed me to do an RMA on it. I'd give their customer service zero stars if it was possible.

I think this is the best controller site i had a profile that i lost but every controller that i get is off you guys so thanks so much and keep doing good work ps I ordered 6 controllers from you this is my 7th controller and i love all of them

It was good, I like the variety of products you're site has to offer. I wish you had some LED lights I could purchase (for my transparent glow controller) Not sure if you have a phone app or not. Can't make a custom controller using my phone with you're site. My D-pad I recived wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I bought the tool thinking I'd use it for my D-pad or my analog stick installation, but it wasn't required. The picture of the D-pad was more than just the top piece. Didn't know it just popped off, didn't need to buy the tool. Didn't see anything about that stuff in any of the descriptions. I'm still happy about what I bought & I love the way my controller looks now. I plan on buying more stuff in the future.

It was between this site and scuf. I had heard of scuf before, but unfortunately, they lacked the customization that I desired. I liked the customization on this site. I emailed both scuf and evilcontrollers, expressing my concerns with both sites. My concern with evilcontrollers was that it would not be legal for an MLG tournament. You guys responded very fast, and scuf still has not responded. That was the deciding factor.

I like the ease of use on the website. The site itself loaded properly and did not have many bugs. Which made navigation and loading extremely fluid and easy. The setup was great everything was where it should be and labeled properly. Making it easy to find the correct product. KEEP UP THE GREAT SITE!

I was offered assistance quickly upon reaching your website which helped answer any and every question I had. From the viedos and assistance people I believe your controller will offer the best results.

So far so good. Got all the options I wanted but paid handsomely. If it all works and gets delivered reasonably soon I'll be stoked.
I'm in the process of returning a modded controller I just bought from another company. It took 3 weeks just ship and even though I paid for paid for 2 day priority shipping that took another week - a month in total! But to top it all IT WAS DEFECTIVE WHEN IT ARRIVED - continuous disconnects and buggy mods. But it did look pretty cool. Regardless it's going back to its maker...

Your save options for your controller customization are kind of wonk. Might need to add an option to clear saved option because it was kind of annoying going back and setting things to default to make my controller.
