Even though I ordered in plenty of time, I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. When I emailed the week before Christmas, I requested a change of shipping address and I was assured that my order would ship that week and I would have it shipped to the new address by Christmas. On 12/2914 I called and was told that I would be upgraded to overnight shipping and something extra would be in the package. It was shipped to the original shipping address, not sent overnight, but priority and there was nothing extra in the package.

Ok so basically i paid more than 320 for my ps5 controller. I live in canada and had not problem paying for the shipping and all the extra. When i received my controller it was in perfect condition the next dat the L2 button stopped working and i tried to reach out to the company for a reimbursement. The personne answered me right away mentioning that they can repair it free of charge and that they can give me 30$ for shipping. I shipped the controller to them and sent several email to have an update and no one is responding at this point I think i just got scammed.

I'd really like to get a purple ps4 controller but you have no purple shells also the option for triggers and dpad where sadly non existent. A simple white and gray for the trigger and dpad would really set my next custom controller off.

I ordered a modded xbox 360 controller a few months ago and did not have alot of success. There were no instructions to the controller or even some sort of label. The controller stopped working after a couple of months of playing with it.

The website is a little bit too strict with the forms, and customers service could be improved

It was okay in a way that i got what i wanted but i had to restart four or five times because every time i added something i didn't want by accident or to see if it would be cool i couldn't remove it or at least i couldn't see how to remove it. Also, if i could add anything to the website it would be a rang of what the cheeps thing is to the highest price you could get the control making it seem like your goal is to get the cheeps stuff but because you want it to make it look cool you spend more but you still try not too reach the top highest price also some people will just save for the higher price so then just showing this would have made me spend a lot more if the highest price was something like $400 or maybe thats just me and if it doesn't work you could always remove it

I ordered my first modded controller for CoD and Div2. I waited 3 weeks for my controller to be built with a skin, a rapid fire mod, and tactile triggers. 2 weeks after I got it the left trigger died. Then had to wait 3 more weeks for the controller to get repaired. It was a major let down

Received a flimsy lighjtweight basic xbox controller, plain one with only buttons, d-pad, triggers, and bumpers -nothing fancy and not even as good as the controllers that come with the consoles now.

Also arrived with a loose rattling noise inside the controller. NOTE: The controller was non-refundable because I had opted for the Evil control sticks.

Customized options malfunctioned within one week of use.

I paid almost $400.00 for this thing. I should have sdtayed with the Scuf company.

I don't know if it was the site or just my connection but the screen froze while I was checking out twice and I had to start over each time but other that I enjoyed customizing my own controller with your selection.

to many clicks to order a controller. Need to reduce the number of custom options screens and combine some. Also you need to be able to deselect options on customizing screens so you don't have to "reset" if you accidentally select an option you don't want on "step 12" for example! frustrating.

Very clear and easy to use website. Very excited about this purchase. I hope and expect the product and service beats scuf gamings. This is a chance to earn a customer for life and excellent word of mouth!

I am a double amputee disabled veteran. I lost my left hand and left leg in an explosion. This is my second controller from Evil Controller. The first one was for a PS4 and it worked perfectly. The second is for my PS5. So far I like it, although I do wish the under side buttons were bigger. I ended up taking the buttons off of my PS4 controller and gluing them to the PS5 controller. Now it works great for me.

Good customer service but I Ferrell the controller well break just as easily as a regular dualshock 4. Which only takes about the months for the triggers to break. Not acceptable when you pay 200 for a controller

This will be my second controller from evil and im expecting the same amazing experience with this one, i ordered an xbox one controller the only thing i didnt like was that there arnt any evil sticks availiable for it so i had to buy a set of control freaks, ive gone through 2 sets of evil sticks and i cant play without them, im hoping i can deal with these kontrol freaks until they come out with sticks for the one, then ill be back to pick those up aswell!

Very easy to use website -- EXCEPT for when the item is in the cart -- I was trying to edit the cart because I wanted to remove something, and couldn't, so I had to buy it as I initially chose my options. I would have liked to be able to access someone online right away to help me with this, but the live chat was closed. Otherwise, easy.

I game but I am not a gamer. So, I am ordering this for someone who was a gamer but is now partially disabled and can't fully express what their needs are for gaming. The gaming lingo was confusing at times. There aren't enough pictures clearing showing what a mod or enhancement looks like (videos would be SOOO cool!). I ended up ordering basically a full package because I had no idea what was actually needed. The FAQs did not mention how long it would generally take to just fulfill the order. My order took over 6 weeks just to ship. I checked with customer service after 4 weeks and it still took 2 more weeks for my order to ship after the rep advised. If I had known, I would have selected standard shipping instead of expedited.

Like the customizable options, prices, while high, are similar to other websites. I do wish I had a bit more reassurance that the text I added will look good, but I trust that the people applying customizations aren't monkeys and will make sure it looks good.

Great System, verry good and smooth running Website, very nice to look at it, the only problem why i´m propably not buying again in the near Future is the Price which is pretty high, i mean i know its pretty hard to make a service like this for your customers, but without the discount i would have had to pay 210 which is pretty much in comparison to a normal 70 XBO Controller.

But keep the good work up, i hope i´m going to be satisfied with your work.

I ordered my controller on the 29th of last month wish a 4 to 7 day shipping is now the 13th and it just now got here besides the fact that I had to wait a long time the controller is very nice and I love it

It was really easy to get through your site and find what i want. But my shopping cart got ereased often for no reason of ehich i could tell. But i relly enjoyed it and I am going to buy more for a later date.
