My cousin 34 had a stroke and wanted to play ps5 with her kids so we ordered this controller. There is no jump feature. And two hands needed to operate.
Definitely a waste of money.

I was having issues with my original ps4 controller, you can't find PS4 controllers at game stores now with the rollout of PS5. I wanted a new controller and previously ordered from Evil so I ordered another. Love the controllers from Evil.

Package lost in USPS. When finally found and sent to me it had been driven over, punctured and trashed. I contacted EvilControllers and received absolutely no response to my concern. I wasn't as upset over the accidental handling of my package - I WAS upset at the complete lack of customer service. NO RESPONSE

Very fast and effecient site would like the shipping costs to the UK to be slightly cheaper as they're a bit steep but other than that brilliant service!

Ive ordered about 3 controllers from your company within the past 5-6 years and i havent had one problem with your controllers yall are awesome keep it up

Very Good but being fairly new to gaming am uncertain what button will do what once modded and also if i should have opted for the 2 additional buttons underneath and if so why.

Im a huge fan of graffiti and I was so stoked to see that they have a graffiti faceplate, also there are more mods... and on top of that it costs 50 dollars less than other sites!

It has been easy and quick. I am buying the controller for a present for my brother so just hope that the order is fine and that there are not any problems, especially being in the UK.

Web page was not back some small issues in reviewing order prior to placing order.

Delivery was longer than expected but for a cut Custom product there are long lead items for delivery

The purchase process was as good as most on the internet now days. It would have been nice to have some information about order processing and shipping lead times during the Christmas season.

Fast and easy but when I had a question I emailed and every time it said that they were closed and to try again later. But great product decent prices so no complaints

So great to have all of those cool options! Great gift for a kid! Unfortunately it arrived 22 days after we purchased it. If you are ordering for a specific occasion, shop early.

After receiving the controller and being directed to the how to web page. I now retract my statement about being limited on mod selection. This system you have for mod selection. Is FAR better than other companies I've used. It is in every way much simpler! Still think there is something left to be desired in the parts area. It's a bit limited in design and color choices. Although my controller is looking very SICK! Thank you. I received a personal phone call. When parts to my controller were on backorder. I personally loved this touch, and made me feel more important than a robotic e-mail notification, and request to change parts. I did find one flaw in the system of the controller. It may be something you would want to look into. The rapid fire system acts very inconsistently. When a mic or headphones are plugged into the controller, in battery or cable configuration. I've only used it on Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare. It could just be this game. If this is just a limitation of the control board. I suggest putting a notice somewhere along the ordering process.

My overall experience was great, the only thing that was a big negative was the lack of instructions with the controller. However I was able to call the support number and get someone on the phone that walked us through how to set the controller.

He also directed me to where we could download instructions from the site, which I printed out. I am very happy with the customer service.

As for the instructions, they were laid out real well, but unfortunately I do not completely follow what everything does (we have the adjustable fire controller). I see there are 10 preset channels, and 10 others we can program, though I am not sure if one can be set to fire faster then the 10th preset? As well finding trying to customize the auto fire seemed to cause confusion when we went to save, and set up the turn off or turn on with swapping weapons.

Overall though most of that is user training, I would love to see videos that show how to do each step that the instructions list, with the video showing the step being used once set.

First time ordering here, looks like a great site! The gaming-ware looks amazing! I am hoping the shipping/arrival times and product conditions are better than Neweggs :)

This is definitely a one-of-a-kind website where i always end up looking for a top-tier controller, emphasis on top-tier though... things get expensive

Very fun to customize a controller just wish it wasn't that much expensive but overall it was enjoyable. Wish there were more options like different button layouts like the Xbox 360 haves.

I had alot of fun creating my controller, i wish i could go further with my mods but im limited on money atm :/ so you guys better believe ill be back ;)! !

Was easy to order, still trying to, figure out maximum fire rates for guns because it seems like based on connectivity it changes if it registers or not.

Unfortunately, the goods delivered were not as ordered. Also, the controller that we ordered doesn't work properly. We are now in contact with Evil to get it fixed.
