Controller build was easy, plenty of cool options to customize your very own controller. If I ever decide to buy another controller, this will def. be my first place to visit.

Overall pretty decent. Just want to know the difference in some controllers you have listed, vs creating the same controller in the creator. There is a 30 or 40 dollar difference.

Really love the options, and the quality of the customized controller. A little worried about how long it will take to get here, but I'm sure it won't be too long!

I have purchased a mod controller in the past, and it is not functioning currently. I hope that evil controllers is the top company out there and stands by its products

Active reload for the hammerburst is off by a little bit.

Brought one here before son wasn't happy with it, they returned and he ordered another one that he customized instead of me as it was a Christmas gift and he loves it, now my 7 year old wants one so we are purchasing another one for her, they love the skins, the only negative thing is my sons A B Y and X buttons are losing the paint and he just received it in February

It was cool to be able to get some thing custom. It would be cool if you had a color picker so we can have better picks of colors, or upload own pic. Had to use Skinit for the graphic I wanted.

You guys are awesome. The only thing that could make it better was if you offered custom guide buttons for the xbox controllers. Would have been nice to have one of the bullet buttons.

I ordered the master mod controller for the hubby for Father's Day. I ordered may 21st and it didn't arrive till June 18th after having to call and hope that someone answered the phone a few times. There were no instructions with the controller. After watching numerous YouTube videos and using the instructions on their web site the controller did NOTHING :/ also had a rechargibl battery in the back but no charger. I specifically wanted the back where I could change the batteries. Customer service is... Well... IF ur lucky enough for someone to answer. Sucks. WILL NOT DO BUISNESS WITH AGAIN!

Awesome, love the site and customization options. Does need more options for next gen controllers though but totally understandable since next gen is brand new. Keep up the good work!

Shipping cost is ridiculous! I will not buy nor recommend this site to anyone.
This company really needs to reconsider it's shipping before I would ever consider making another purchase.

It was poorly painted, grip was gritty, like there was dirt under the paint. Changed the back out with another controller I had so I could give as a gift.

My experience was not great due to the picture quality for the Xbox 360 controllers. It was often hard to tell differences between colors, there fore harder to create one.

Easy to follow. Actually have purchased this same product before and very pleased. I just wore out the first one, and loved it so much, i had to have another

Initial personal controller customization design choices were nerve-wracking to choose from since you can only go home with one! The spectrum of genuine design plates you have the privilege to select is simply amazing. Remapping of buttons processes as far as the built in adjustable modifications worked ideal and are both an intricately developed configuration system capable of being accessed, understood, and ultimately under your command. You are even granted a <lock all mods> option in case you don't want to accidentally turn on an undesired mod while gameplay is active. Despite a skeptical (uncertain) estimate arrival of time indirect delay, my product miraculously arrived 2 weeks ahead of the established date of arrival. That act right there... evidently proves anyone customer or not, the substantial amount of value you are considered as an individual. Man, that's loyalty! If you want to spend your money, you begged or worked your behind off for, I graciously suggest heading over to EvilControllers, and spend it right.

I knew something was wrong with my controller but didn't pay much mind to it but the problem began to spread out, then I was able to actually TEXT a representative who responded VERY quickly and all I had to do was pay for the shipping of the controller and my controller was fixed and came in as if it's brand new.

The best customer service, spoke to someone via text message, no other company does this, everyone else is through text.

Bloody brilliant customisation, for instance, havent seen the rechargeable back plate on any other modded sites, so i chose you's:)

No wired custom controllers? Lame. Also your 5% discount over $100 wouldn't work (even after I added in a custom faceplate and thumbsticks), so you guys missed out on some extra cash.

Iam excited, thanks for everything I really enjoy my controller but the directions to set up the mods are a bit cunfusing, maybe you could make them more clear

I'm definitely satisfied with my second evil controller from you guy, I tried aim, battle beaver, scuf, and nacon, but none of them compare to evil brand controllers to me.

My controller is not werking try to contact the helpen like 3 days or more ago but still no reaction this is a sad experience with evil controllers... other wise the experience would be much better
