Was unable to speak to a LIVE person about my order. I had shipping questions. To pay this price for something i should be able to talk to a person via the phone.

It took a while to ship, but it was worth the wait. This controller has a much more accurate D-Pad than the stock 360 controller, it just takes a little getting used to.

It was easy, although I had to create an account before I could add an item to cart but that may be an android error. All an all, I can't wait to receive the controller

Love the new site, and that you dont make people buy the mod anymore to get buttons underneath! I love my 2 360 controllers and am happy to move to the new system w/ you!

If you want first person shooters to be even more fun then I recommend a modded evil controller. It is a very easy process to make your own modded controller to your liking with many colors and mods.

It was great i just couldnt figure out how to purchase the gripfor yhe controller if u can put the grip on d rear charge me for it since i dont know if it comes with already or not

My son loves it! My only issue is that he has been unsuccessful in linking it to his xbox wirelessly. If you have any instructions that could help I'd appreciate it.

I loved how easy it were to make own controller, but didn't like that if you tried different things you couldn't take it away so it came on your bill. So I had to start from the start many times :(

Very good controller, quality in the triggers seems a bit low as they are loose and the controller shell itself seems a bit loose, other then that it is fantastic

So far I love the controller creator to see what the parts I was buying would look like and I knew what I wanted then. After that I ordered my parts they came fast but it was very expensive to get and I don't want to order again that much unless I need parts I would get it from your website but the shell that I got its nice but I had a hard time getting the screws in it but otherwise than that I had a good experience.

Only improvement would be an estimated delivery date function on your website. Thanks. If you could email me with the delivery date that would be great! Thanks

Really like the "Build your Controller" function on the site. Very easy and really lets you know what the product will look like with the different options.

I HAD TO RUN THROUGH THE CUSTOM PROCESS SEVERAL TIMES. EACH TIME I HIT "SEND TO CART" IT WOULD SAY IT COMPLETED AND ASK ME IF I WANTED TO CONTINUE SHOPPING OR PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. IF I PROCEEDED TO CHECKOUT, IT WOULD SAY MY CART WAS EMPTY.

There should be more obvious option for gift cards and allow for automatic send via email, etc for e-gift cards.

I will determine once I get the product
The controller is not performing as I thought with a particular game. I will do research to see if I have to do additional settings to work properly

Its easy to use and i bought one in the past for Xbox 360 and it was one the best controllers i ever had so i had to get one for my Xbox one now and i cant wait :)

My experience was great. The site had exactly the type of controller I was scouring the internet for, and hopefully the shipping and product will be great as well.

I've always wanted a custom controller. I've found that Evil Controllers has the cheapest controllers when I compared the price. I hope the quality of the controller is good as well.

I got my controller for Christmas so there for I have not used it but I got to look at it just to see if they customized it right and they did so I have not got to see if it works properly but im sure it does!' ;D EVIL CONTROLLERS!

The controller is great but paying for the express shipping and being on top of the list is a waste of money. Didn't show up any faster. Besides that the controller is great.

They took quite awhile to get back to me.

I really enjoyed making the transaction and it was actually quite simple to do. The only problem I had was that I was not able to use my pay pal account to make my transaction.

My son could not email me the controller he built like most sites allow therefore he had to come to my house and rebuild the controller he wanted on my computer.
