Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
I sent in my controller for repair and communication was very slow and at times non-existent. At first, I was told to pay through a link for the $80 for repair but it showed $1. I asked if that was a mistake and after no response, I figured out how to make the total $80 and completed payment. After paying I sent a message through the website and stated I paid and asked if they could give me an ETA on when it would be fixed and sent back. After sometime of no response, I set up a call through the website which never happened but I ended up getting a text back stating it would be fixed and sent out on a Monday. After a week went by I asked for shipping because I had not recieved the item. Again, after no response, I text again stating that hopefully someone could respond before closing as it was Friday. Finally, a response came through with a link to the tracking info, and not only did the controller not get shipped 2 Mondays prior as discussed it was sent out nearly a week after it was told to me it would be. The controller arrived and everything works as new which I am thankful for. As a customer that has purchased 2 controllers from you, I only wish to provide this review as something for you to work on. I will continue to be a customer and recommend your product because I am extremely happy with the items purchased. However, if and when I need my 2nd controller repaired l, I can only hope for a better experience. Thank you guys!

There were many selections to choose from and it was easy to create exactly what I wanted. Things were a bit pricy, however, the quality was well worth it.
It arrived as it should of. I will order more in the future. We'll worth it. Evil controller thumbsticks are better in my opinion than those thumbsticks clip on.
I have always liked their better grip on thumbsticks. Xbox factory thumbsticks suck big time.
Nice selections for customization, I just wish there were more graphic options. I guarantee I would be back if I could customize a fight stick for Xbox One.

It's been great and easy to create my own controller. C: I just wish we could choose to change the LEDS and the colours of the start and select buttons.
AMAZING! Absolutely love the customization options! I love my controller and how it feels, and the Vision backplate is great (and so are the evil sticks).
Its cool that you guys do "create a controller". The only thing is the amount of options for controllers, and that the pro buttons cant be remapped to other options apart from the buttons.
I ordered a controller for my son's birthday and when he got it he was ecstatic until he tried programming it. First rapid fire wouldn't work and now he can't even shoot with it.

Great website, only downside is all of your customization gets removed when you go out of the page, and 10 minutes of customizing is suddenly all gone.

I had a hard time setting up the controller. The online instructions weren't clear at all. I had to talk to two of your representatives to resolve what should have a simple issue.
I had a good time shopping, and I really hope that I can shop here again for some modded controllers, and I just love how you can make your own controllers. I am just blown away by this.
It took two minutes to make a custom controller that would be perfect for me. One thing I would change is to add a difrent button for turning on off mods and asigning the remapible buttons

I tried using paypal but the link was broken? I ended up having to use my credit card. Also I wanted to add your logo and graphics to the thumbstick. I see no option to add that?
Online checkout was a nightmare with my credit info verified several several times and was not able to process had to create a paypal account to place order. Even spoke with livechat

Amazing controller for gaming makes you 10x better at everything but There is a problem with the controller tension, It isn't as strong as I expected it to be like "battle beaver" for example

Great website with lots of custom options. Prices are a little high. I paid for rubberized grips and did not get them. I also did not receive a refund for them.
