Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
Great options, some things were a bit expensive to add on like the light up sticks for $25. I would have chosen them if it were $10 more.
The experience has been relatively pleasant. I wish you gave a better military discount but there is not much that can be done about that.

When going against people playing with mods such as wall hacks and heat seeking instant head shots evil vs hackers is the beat line up match up!

Got 2 controllers both of them with bugs already when I received them. Sent one back, they fixed it. Now its bugging again. Poor quality.
Shopping is fun. But I had express shipping last time and it came like a month later. So I didn't check that box again.
In short, I've always liked your controllers, this will be my first Xbox one controller from you guys. Looking forward to it as always.
Site looks good. I have bought several products from you over the years and they always work good. These are just some replacement sticks.
Minor bugs, may just be my lack of knowledge as to how to properly use all mods, but overall it's a great product. I would buy again!

Ive had my evil controller for nearly 2 years the only thing that has gone wrong is that I need new sticks. Definitely recommend.
Design was fun, but checkout was inconvenient. Hopefully our purchase has gone through and not been duplicated. Had to enter my credit card 3 times.

After a month of use I have to say this is the best controller I've ever used especially with the digital triggers and 2 back buttons.
