Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
Decent selection but wish you had more of the buttons in the controller creator available as seperate parts to buy.
The touch pad was broken when I received my controller, I contacted tech support and sent it back right away

It was great, right when the controller arrived I couldn't wait so I ran down stairs fired up my Xbox and have loved every minute that I've used the controller
I am very satisfied with the controller although the price was a little high and I would have preferred paddles instead of buttons on the PS5 controller.

Seriously not what I imagined. The "sweatproof" controller grip is disgustingly cheap. You even have to put it on yourself. They don't apply it for you. For 200 dollars they should. Not to mention the price of the grip alone is so disgusting for what it is. It's like the puzzle piece foam things you sat on in preschool and kindergarten. Absolutely disgusting. I hate scuff controllers so I thought I would give this company a try. I would rather buy a scuff that break vs this. I ordered the remapping buttons (not paddles) totally not natural. The buttons are so low compared to how i hold my controller. I barely even use them. I'm shipping the controller back for sure. Very disgusting overall experience. Buyer beware... the only good thing about the controller is x square triangle circle buttons have a very fast press in time. The triggers sound like a mouse. So it gets really annoying really fast. I have the Bose QC35ll. But I would rather listen to the game through my harman kardon 7 channel surround system setup (klipsch speakers) cuz it sounds way better. Also if you play rocket league. Be aware the triggers are basically a mouse clicker. So you are either 100% or 0%... no pressure. U can't just go slow or semi fast...
I hate the paddles on all the other websites. I have a tight grip on my controller and the remapping buttons on this website looked perfect. I also love the 66% faster button idea. And I wanted a controller that wouldn’t break in 2 months just like my brothers scuff controller did. I hate scuff. It was so uncomfortable.

Works wonderful but the evil id is a little messed up right now hope its on the controller like it should be and gets here on time.

Website was VERY difficult to navigate and information seemed to change every time logging on. I will NOT be using this website again, the ONLY reason I did is because my son insisted.
