Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).

For the mods and joystick tension
Had a little trouble getting the item into the shopping cart, it kept resetting. We had to create the controller three different times.

Everything with the controllers are pretty good however on both controllers there are one or more buttons that stick or don't work properly
Love the Controller only problem is that LB is sticking a lot. I have to keep on wiggling it to make it work.

You can not edit the item once it is in the shopping cart... there is a bubble that pops up by Cart, but it goes away when you move cursor to Edit
