Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).
The controller came exactly how I ordered it. Besides the fact that the controller doesn't charge, nor does it even turn in

The website was easy to navigate through. Everything was really easy to find and all the products had a description to inform you on what it was.
Bought couple of joy sticks from them and they came before the expected delivery and both of the sticks are working smoothly.
It is very easy to customize a controller, but wish they have more designs to choose from and colors to choose from as well.
