Everything was great the only negative I would say would just communication back and forth I really wish I could talk to a person over the phone other than messaging back and forth lot of things can get lost in translation that way but the results of getting everything taken care of on my own after the controller got sent to the wrong address worked out great again thank you guys
Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).

Controller isnt bad but it arrived with a crack below left anolog stick... alittle dissappointed by that but i guess stuff happens

It was a great experience and when I play my controller I always think of the great time I had making this
The last two where kind of off since i havent recived the controller, till then it shall stay at three, i will definantly rerate at a later time
I had a couple questions about the controller type I was looking for and the Live Chat person was immensely helpful and answered all of my questions.

Love the Xbox X controller and the paddle are way better than the Xbox elite series 2 & it lasts longer than the elite series 2

Your controller are alright for the ps3 it be realy cool if you guys made illumanting thumbsticks for it and choose your ouwn color led for the 1st 2nd 3rd and the 4th player

Got my 200 plua dollar controller and the remapping stop working but the customer service was good and they fix it and shipped it back.
Everything was great. I have a master mod for my 360 and I love it. Love it enough to spend 200 bucks on one for my ps4 haha
Easy to use only thing could improve is extra itams such as the case for controler that makes buttons easyer to use
