The overall build and quality of the controller is very good. The controller works and all additions and modifications work fine. The price was a little high but cheap compared to other custom controller sites. The delivery time is very good as well. Unfortunately, Evil Controllers has probably the worst customer service out there and is the reason I will no longer be buying from them again. The failed to respond to emails and the few they did respond to took several days. Its sad that a company which provides an otherwise enhoyable experience has to be let down by this.

My order was changed during production; triggers that I paid for were changed to stock but I was still charged for the upgrade. I was never asked about te design change or refunded. My email stating this has not be answered 4 days later

There are scratches on my $300 controller that I waited 5 weeks for. Happy but disappointed with the way it looks. It feels great but needs to get used to the shift paddles since it's so easy to press them. But that's just on me not them.

Some of the charges are absolutely ridiculous. The extra buttons that are $14.95 for 2 aren't worth the cost. The multi tier warranty options should have been a red flag but the base warranty openly stating that it does not cover stick drift should be noted. I'm hoping that the repairs will cover my issues because after 40 days I'd rather use a stock series x Microsoft controller.

This will change after I get my controller back from the technician. Dependent on the controller functionality stars may increase or decrease.

Only one downside but doesn't make me unhappy, I didn't really get a good look at shipping options and the rate due to me in the UK.
But i probably wasn't looking hard enough.

So the website was great, easy to use and understand. Ordering was very simple. Price was a little higher than I would prefer. Wait time for delivery was awesome, as it came came early. But my confusion was from the button combos to be pushed to program the mods on the controller, I have had it for over a month and still haven't used it because I must have pushed something wrong, after I pushed what I thought would turn on the mods that I had just programmed, it locked up. And now my triggers don't do anything at all. I've tried to reset it, but that didn't work. I haven't called it in because I think it might just be operator error.

My brother recommended your site after "coolcontrollers.com" almost put a virus on my computer, and even though i just placed my order, i think everything about your website is amazing. The only problem i had was you cant change the top trim, but no big deal.

Bought the white xbox one controller with blacked out buttons. It looks awesome but a couple small problems. Battery pack and shell is more difficult to put on and also gets dirty much easier. I'm pretty sure this is due to the fact gloss paint is ued not just cause its white.

The worst thing is the shipping time. It took more than a month to get a controller when it should've taken 2 weeks. I didn't get any sort of compensation for the extremely slow service. A controller case would've been nice.

Overall my experience was ok. The product was good but the shipping time was ridiculously slow. If you plan to buy from here don't be surprised if you get your controller a month from when you order.

The shopping cart portion of the site needs polishing. It shows tax being charged, and only two shipping options. When all is finished, only the shipping was charged with the item. The site is pretty fun to navigate, but I worry when I do not see an option for replacement buttons for the evil d-pad. It would be nice to change them out later.

Customer Service was excellent, the gentleman answered all my questions with expertise. Proceeded with purchase. Bought a controller from EvilControllers years ago back when MW2 first came out, had an amazing experience with them. Looking forward to receiving my updated controller years later and glad to see EvilControllers is still around.

It is a really good controller, I enjoy playing with it. The major problem for me was understanding how to use the controller. Overtime, it's like second nature. Haha, I see myself in the near future buying another one of these controllers (^~^)/

The website is great for customs controllers or just ones the company has made. For me the only downside was when ever i signed in to my account and made a controller it never saved but the controller is badass. Still i recommend this website to all my friends, make sure you are willing to spend lots of money for one of their custom badass controllers

Both products increase in price by five once I intitiated the creation process. While $10 on this type of purchase is not a very large amount it did increase confusion. In addition when building controller the prices were sometimes the prices for equally equipped controllers were different.

Josh, initially, my amex needed me to verify this was my charge as I'm out of state and it's one of those items that typically one would "steal" if any access to anothers credit card was obtained. Please check to see that I have only one charge for this controller at $134.00 or so give or take on the shipping. I did priority as suggested. Order number is *******.

Site was messing up when i tried to order at first but finally ordered one. Took way longer than expected but it is understood with the covid. Used the controller last night and pissed off my buddies with the drop shot all night. Thank you guys. Will order again if i break this one

Just got off the phone with these guys and I just had to leave them a good review somewhere. I ordered the wrong controller for my son so I called these guys up after just a few hours of placing my order and they took care of everything. Today the controller arrived and my son went crazy. He absolutely loves it and is using it’s advanced features right now. Their Customer service Is top notch.

They finally messaged me back about the status and mentioned that I didn't purchase rushed assembly… but I purchased premium shipping for $40 extra 7 days ago which they say is (Processing & Delivery 2-4 days) Why the h*ll is it still processing?… assembly is apart of processing the order! Should've just got the free shipping if I knew I was going to have to wait the full time. So annoying why is it 7 days waiting for something you've been making for 15+ years? Didnt even start making my controller yet! If you have a option to speed up the process then speed it up or take that option off of your site because its going to piss alot of people off who spent the extra money! More people will leave bad reviews and go elsewhere

The controller was ready and shipped sooner than expected. I believe I ordered it early on a Tuesday morning and received it Saturday that same week. The free shipping took about 2 days instead of the quoted 6-10 days (Arizona to Ohio). The controller arrived undamaged and works well.

Really nice website, well done, lots of really cool options and really easy to play around with different shells, colors, etc. til you find the combo you really like. Can't wait til it arrives so I can try it out!

I have been a bit skeptical about buying custom controllers as one I bought for my ps3 on another company website was absolute garbage. Upon reading the positive reviews on this particular controller, I was sold. Excitedly waiting for its arrival already!

Your amazon purchase system appears to be broken; filling out the order form and selecting Amazon payments just bounces me back to the form when submitting. Tried with Chrome and Safari on OS X. Switching to credit card payment worked.

I haven't been able to play my favorite games in 5 or so years because I lost motor function and muscle in my left hand. They customized a controller so now I'm able to play again! Life changing, grateful for the companies work.

Everything was easy to understand. The only thing I wish was different is that you must enable auto run every time you stop running. Plus, it interferes with the configurations of the other buttons during my game play. Having it configured to hit L2 to run messes with other functions in the menu screen.
