I would highly recommend starting mounting bindings on skis.
Here, in Florida, finding a service where bindings will be mounted on skis is challenging.
I communicated with Evo, but they would not mount the bindings.
Best price I could find for a women's Obermeyer ski jacket. I entered in the wrong shipping address and the CS rep, Hannah, was able to fix everything over chat.

evo.com's data breach cost me a lot of time and caused much stress as I had to contest unauthorized charges, re-work my billing and order a new credit card. Their only notification was a snail mail letter -- no email, no phone call and no compensation. Evo is also slow to ship orders and slow to process refunds, seemingly using their customer's money to fund their working capital. I will note that the customer reps are helpful advising on purchases, and seem genuinely interested in the customer experience. If not for that, evo would have received 1 star.
For some reason I did not receive my confirmation email for my order. (We think it was the browser I was using) When I realized this several days later I called, the young woman was very responsive, friendly and professional. I had my email and shipping confirmation in a few seconds. Also my order had gone on sale after I ordered so she refunded the difference no questions asked, it was a good experience will definitely shop with Eco again so glad I found them.
Perfect set of skis for my tween to grown into over the years. Loved the color, fit, and maneuverability. We've bought many pairs from evo for our family, and I'm certain it won't be our last.
In a crowded market of outdoor retailers evo keeps being my go to because they have great selection and pricing. I ordered a ski coat it came quickly and the price was better than any where else.
I was searching for a hard to find Arc'teryx jacket, fortunately found it on EVO. Communication was excellent consistently updating status of my order until delivered!

I really needed a ski bag to get my skis from where they are being stored to my house. My family was flying in for the holidays so I paid extra for fast shipping so that my ski bag would arrive at their house before they left and they could bring them to me. Evo NEVER DROPPED MY PACKAGE AT FEDEX. So now I'm really in a bind and going to have to find a different way to get my skis back to my current house from where they're being stored (an 8 hour drive away) before ski season (less than a month away).
I'm really hoping Evo will make this right.

I bought a ski helmet online, it did not fit. I brought it back to the Denver store with the intention of buying something in store. I have never been in an evo store. I walked in with my big shipping box, walked to a "last chance" section that had some helmets, looked around there for about 5'minutes, then saw the wall of helmets across the store. There were plenty of employees clustered around the registers, talking to each other, that I walked past on my way to the helmets - still carrying my big box. I didn't feel comfortable interrupting any conversations. I couldn't figure out if the wall of helmets was the only inventory or if it was like a shoe store where you have to ask for your size so I went up to the registers to get help. Someone asked if I had a return, I said yes, they quickly pointed me to a register, the man at the register didn't ask me anything, he just opened the box, scanned the bar code, said "that's going back on your credit card", and went back to what he was doing. NO ONE GREETED ME OR ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. At a bare minimum, you would think that a return would be the perfect opportunity to say, "Can we help you find something that works for you?". I bought a helmet elsewhere and am still a bit incensed about my experience at the store.
I ordered goggle and they got shipped out then never arrived and when I looked they had gotten sent back to the facility. I then got an email saying they had arrived even though they were still at the facility and I got no refund.
