This was a birthday gift for our son. After shopping locally he/we decided to check online. I found this site, and together we searched, he read reviews about the board and bindings, and selected from the sale items. He left this morning for an overnight trip. My experience with Evo was easy as usual. They have a variety of products and prices, and their customer service reps are fast and knowledgeable. This isn't the first time Ive purchased products from them, and it certainly won't be my last.

I've ordered from Evo.com twice now and my wife ordered my birthday gift as well. The website interface is excellent. Delivery info and time exceed most online stores. I'll be placing plenty of future orders and would recommend the site to anyone.

I have bought all of my boards and other various items at the Seattle store since I started boarding. My boyfriend has not had a new board since 2012, so I decided to surprise him in these difficult times to get him excited for next season.

Only downside is shipping fee for Alaska, maybe you could allow other lower cost delivery options together with the 2 days delivery. Other companies like Tactics, Zumiez, they offer free delivery to Alaska. That makes them more competitive on the sale price.

Just recently bought gear here. People in will call in the basement were Incredibly rude and unhelpful on 12/2/17. Not sure what their problem was two weeks ago, if I receive the same treatment again I will never shop with Evo again.

Always seem to have what I need when I can't find products locally. Only odd thing with this delivery was the liners for the boots were in the wrong shell. Almost returned but pulled both out and saw they were only switched!

So far so good. I called customer service to make sure these bindings would fit a burton board with 3D bolt pattern and was assured it would. Great customer service and time will tell if the product is as described. Awesome company. Definitely a fan and will be buying more from your site in the future.

Had to change my order then morning after I purchased and customer service was very helpful. I didn't know the size of my ski boot sole so evo contacted the manufacturer directly to find out for me! My order shipped within a couple days using the free economy shipping. I will definitely order from evo.com again.

So far you guys beat the prices from Back Country store. Shipping needs to be handled better though. Taking over 10 days to get me an order while I'm in season makes Backcountry.com a better choice due to expedited shipping. Fix the shipping issues and you're a viable competitor. Your prices are already better than both Backcountry and House.

Good price. Ontrac was a poor shipping choice. They had a committed delivery date that required me to be at home but the bike had not even entered my state yet. When it did arrive they changed the committed date to the following week. I went and picked it up from their warehouse instead of waiting.

This was my first time buying ski boots which was a learning experience. There is always an expectation that it should be perfect and while I'm not 100% sure if the boots are the right ones, i have to separate that from the fact that EVO's service was exceptional.

Great experience. Web site was easy to navigate, order and check-out. Surprisingly but I suppose refreshingly, I got a call from evo after ordering to understand why I was shipping to a different address from billing; it was a security check since the items were fairly expensive. They also questioned whether I wanted to sign for delivery (again because of the high value of the items) or leave without signature. Products were received a day earlier than expected but tracking was available if I wanted.

I've ordered from Evo before and realized I had ordered the wrong size, when I called customer service about it they were beyond helpful in helping me switch my order around. This time around all was smooth and shipping was right on time! Thanks for another great product Evo!

Great experience, bought a set of skis that ended up being on sale for less a little while after. I texted customer service and they matched the price and refunded me the difference right away within 10 minutes. Ended up then buying a pair of boots too from EVO!

I liked the compare feature and customer service via the "robot" was fabulous.

My son needed new ski boots in a hurry. He's on the edge of kids sizes & adult sizes. EVO was only 1 of 2 places that carried his size in a kids boot. It saved me more than $100. They showed up in a couple days and shipping only $3. He loves his new Red Soloman T3 RT ski boots.

Great quality, and fast delivery when ordered online. I wish there was a store with more variety. Just to test out boot sizes, sample equipment, and so on. However, this is a great company, with quick response!

Some good deals, quality products and free shipping over $50, but the free economy shipping is pretty lengthy when both Backcountry and REI have 2 day shipping. I would, however, use evo again for its competitive prices.

Really enjoy the shopping experience on evo.com. It always has much more technical data available for every product rather than the just usual marketing mumbo jumbo that doesn't tell you anything other than the product is awesome.
