I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.

Ordered a pair of boots that just came in and they are sweet! I questioned the fit when they arrived and called customer service to ask some advice. The guy I talked to was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips to the proper fit, which is hard to get perfect when ordering something like ski boots online. Based on that experience found the best deal out there a pair of new skis/bindings. Best prices on equipment, great customer service, great selection. Wish you had a store on the east coast. Keep it up!
I'm not typically one to post fan mail about the online stores I use, but I continually find the best online selection and prices at Evo.com. Never any surprises, just the top of the line merchandise I ordered at my front door on time or early. Can't wait to have my wife open this latest order on Christmas morning...if I can wait that long to give it to her.
This site is affordable and easy to navigate. Shipping is a bit slow and costs quite a bit if you need rushed shipping. Returns are not free, which is also an amenity that would be appreciated, as I have had to send a pair of snow pants back because the size chart was SO inaccurate for this specific pair of pants. I also feel that the site could provide more accurate feedback on products (sizing specifically.)
I actually found the Burton Moto boots to be cheaper on other sites and also at a local ski shop. Kind of makes me wonder why I ordered them and paid shipping, but I'm happy with the product. I just assumed the prices on evo would be competitive so I didn't shop around. If I had I would have purchased them elsewhere for the lower price. Otherwise good service.
I just bought skis from you this past weekend and you put two 547 dollar holds on my bank account. I am not happy at all about that. I am hoping this transaction doesn't end up doing the same thing. If it does this will be the last time I shop here.

I visited the EVO store in Denver a couple weeks back when I was in town for ski trip. And the place was amazing, the people were so helpful and welcoming and the gear was top shelf. Definitely know what your doing and have a great selection with knowledgeable friendly staff - I'll be buying my next pair of skis from you!
When looking through products, it gives the number of reviews in parentheses but that fact is not immediately obvious. At first it was just a weird number with the product. Also, the sorting by average review is skewed when a product has few ratings. Recommend incorporating a more aggressive program or incentive to have your products reviews better reflect actual sentiment.
I really appreciate that you give great discounts and have reasonable prices. I am a college student and do not have an extended budget for shoes or clothes so besides thrift stores I am not usually able to buy those necessary but costly items, this online option is really helpful! Thank you!
My experience was smooth as could be. There was a variety of products to choose from. I received my promo code for early black friday shopping and it made my purchase that much sweeter. I received and even better price on my item. Combine that with Evo's great customer service and checkout system, the whole buying experience rocks!

Update: Was really surprised that my order was processed and shipped out the same day as ordered, which was really surprising for a Sunday.
Totally satisfied with my shipment and I do not need to return the skis I purchased, but I was surprised that there were no packing slips or return label instructions in my package! Is that normal?

I searched at least ten sites offering the ski i was looking for at a discount. Evo had the cheapest price so I went with them without any knowledge of the customer service etc. Tracking number allowed me to follow the order and the Items shipped the day they were guaranteed and the skis are in perfect condition. I could not be happier with the purchase
This is the second snow board I have purchased for my grandson. As before, my purchase arrived Well packed and in a reasonable time. EVO is my primary go-to site for our family sports equipment needs, fair prices for good quality.
Easy website to navigate with good speed. Paypal is acceptable as a form of payment. I live close to the warehouse and usually get my items delivered very fast. The sale prices are very often the best to be found anywhere.
My biggest disappointment was with shipping/ delivery.
I was unable to track package through your website/ order acknowledgement.
Customer service did help once I was able to contact them.
Weather was a factor and the package took 10 days to arrive.
Had I known you were located in Washington, I would have purchased from a closer merchant.
Timing was important because this was a birthday gift.
I had emailed a month or two back to ask if there was another size of this mitten available and never got a response. Later, another size did come up...not the small that I wanted, but a medium, which is alright.
The sizing and buying guides were particularly helpful. Evo helps to narrow my decision to the right product for me and ultimately builds some loyalty in that process...after learning about what I want/need, it makes me want to buy from them.

The hip area is a little snug and I am pretty small, may have been better to go up a size.
Easy ordering but the shipping time needs some improvement. It took 3 days to actually pack and send me an email saying items have shipped. Then the package sat in UPS limbo land for another 3 days. Once it started to travel with UPS it took 4 more days. I understand free shipping may take a bit longer, but 10 days, to only go half way across the country, is a bit much.
What an amazing experience! I had questions on the product that were answered thoroughly and professionally and looked for a lower price on the product as they offered to match it. Found product for the same price and came back to Evo.com after my positive experience with their customer service rep. I was completely blown away to see the product on my door step the following day even though I did not purchase express delivery. We'll my board came cuffed from the manufacture and only received 10% discount on aboard that would be considered no longer new. I was not going to argue the discount as to it was the last board in stock. But i feel that it should have been discounted aggressively as to insure me wanting to use your service again. That way I know if anything comes damaged and I want to keep it I am getting it at a price that is near what I would buy it used.
