I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Shopping on Evo.com is so easy. I just purchased a pair of skis for my son; it was simple to navigate through the ski equipment and the prices were competitive. There was plenty of product information. We chose the free shipping option and the skis arrived within days!
Evo.com was great! Very easy to purchase a coat and amazing low price. However, when I opened up my package, somehow my jacket was a little dirty. I brushed it off, but it's just weird that a brand new coat would not look and feel fresh upon opening.
Order process was smooth and easy, I was able to use a first time customer discount which was great! Shipping time kept getting delayed by my local post office due to the crummy weather we had recently, but that is an outlier in the shipping experience I think.

Great site, wonderful products, easy to place order, and arrived within a week. Excellent customer service, from what I can gather, even though I did not have to contact anyone with an issue. It seemed like if at any point, I needed help or had questions/concerns, I would have had an opportunity to get in touch with customer service.
The Compare feature was super useful and didn't limit the number of boards I could add to the list. Some information was missing on a few boards, but overall it was a very useful feature. Sale prices were better than other shops, and you offered free shipping! Your customer service chat staff was knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision.
So far it's been good; a little difficult to insure that the product I was looking on the website matched the order when confirming. Once I got it I liked the bag, although it's a little heavier than I though it would be and I wish there was velcro to secure the boots in place. Also, the carry handle on the side is 'off-center' making it really difficult to carry-even if weighted evenly. The back end drops, making the body mechanics a bit difficult. I know-I bought a rolling bag to 'roll' not carry, but sometimes it's just a better option-up and down steps, transporting through deep snow, etc.
Overall, I like it-able to get all ski gear and clothes in it, going from two bags to one...oh yeah, and it's got wheels!
Great customer service. I had an issue with shipping, but Evo customer service rep went out of his way to make sure that the problem was resolved and called me back to let me know. He was very fast. Product I purchased looks great. Can't wait to go ride this winter.
The only reason for 4 star rating on product is that the new bindings are causing some pain/discomfort to my front foot and my boots don't slide in as advertised, so the old fashion method still works fine. I am 45 yrs old so random pain is nothing new to me.
I really like your site because you have a great selection of gear with detailed descriptions and specs that make it easy to make informed decisions. I like that you leave info up from old models that are out of stock, too; it's been helpful when shopping for used gear elsewhere.
The process was very easy; however, contrary to what was indicated on the website, I discovered that the items were available in my local Evo store. We could have saved the shipping costs, literal and climatic.
It's my first time purchasing from this site and everything I have ordered looks and fits great! The prices can't be found anywhere else! I would definitely order from evo.com again and recommend to others! :)
Evo makes shopping easy and lays out the information I need in a great way. Ontrac shipping is the worst though! Please stop using them. Their delivery promise was not upheld and their service is terrible.
You guys rock. Super easy user interface. I love being able to see the variable colors of every item without having to click on it first, speeds up shopping and makes it easier to find what I'm looking for. You guys have tons of information/specs on every product and a useful chat system to answer any questions.
I was hesitant on the ratchet strap lacing but it seems to be made very well with good reinforced plastic. The boots fit wonderfully and seem like they will be very warm on the mountain. No movement in the heel. Information provided in the product description is accurate (flex, material, etc). I'm ready to hit the slopes!
I made my last purchase from you guys two week ago, I'll intend to make my next one from you guys too. Very happy with the service and efficiency I get from evo. Only bummer the shoes I payed 65 for are on sale for 45 now. That's how it goes though, I still like them anyways!
Site is nice, good layout. I didn't really know all the brands. It was hard to decide what type of customer you are targeting. I found you looking for reviews on Oakley pants. Stayed to shop because your price was lower than the Oakley site. I am concerned about your return process if things do not fit correctly. If I buy from this site again, it will depend on the service of this order.
Evo rocks! I never worry about ordering from you. Perfect experiences. Online shopping the way is should be. I would encourage you to open a store on the east coast. Perhaps in Florida. There is a lot of warm weather sporting going on here.

Awesome site. Apple Pay would have been even better! FedEx left the package open and outside. Could have been easily placed inside my apartment building like most carriers do. Super happy with the delivery time and actual board! Definitely coming back to the site!
Second board purchase. 1st one returned unopened for reasons unrelated to anything you guys did (son got in trouble at school). For the 1st purchase, I called and got some expert recommendations--the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful--no pressure to buy, and certainly no pressure to buy more than I needed. I purchased a second board this fall, price was great, shipping was lightning fast. Very good internet company. I'll purchase from them again without hesitation.
Great! Got an email back from Customer Service when I had a question about the best bindings for my skis relatively quickly. Wish the CS person would've given me a little more expertise like comparable bindings, but otherwise, great service!
I'm a Seattle local so everything was super fast! I haven't tried my bindings yet so I don't know how the product is, but so far I've loved my experience with evo.

Always a great experience! :) After purchasing my Lib-tech deck from Evo last season, I have since made two other purchases from Charlotte,NC. My only regret is that I can't actually walk into their store to meet the excellent staff that runs it and thank them personally.
About as efficient and quality as any online retailer these days. I like the free two day shipping on the order even though it will probably take longer than that due to the weekend. But who am I to complain.
