I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Super nice a right to the point loved that i just googled the product name and brand and this immediately popped up! Never heard of this company before but definitely being added to my favorite places to shop online!
It was good. This is out of the website's control, but I would have liked to see more reviews on their products. So it might be beneficial if they asked for reviews from their customers after buying the products.
Hard to shop on mobile. UI and path to buy unclear. Can't even provided ratings for this feedback on my iPhone. Please get on the ball for mobile. I have abandoned cart numerous times because it just hasn't worked.
Incredible prices from a reputable source! I could trust the product was a genuine North Face and not a knock off. The price I paid was a lot better than what it was selling for on ebay & I'm sure those are not genuine products.
I also liked the 365 day return policy since the item I purchased is a Christmas gift and I won't know if it fits for several weeks after purchase.
First class! When it comes to ski gear it is fair to say that EVO has been one of our favorite go to destinations. They have the ski brands that we are looking for in a wide variety of sizes, styles, colors etc for whatever specific item we are looking for at the time. Items purchased have included ski boots, skis, jackets, helmets etc. Add in competitive pricing and prompt delivery and we highly rate the EVO experience.
I dig Evo! Their website is super user friendly. Create a profile and it becomes even easier. I also recommend their tech shop. I've had 4 pairs of skis mounted at Evo, quick turn-a-round and a great finished product.
Online store & customer service were top notch. They made up for a mistake in inventory on their end with a 20% discount, which led to another purchase through the online store. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I have just opened the jacket. I looks great! However, it looks as though someone has already extended the sleeves as the red threads have been removed. This also created a small tear on the inside of the jacket. My little boy who is 6, is small so the sleeves are now a little bit long. You guys normally provide great advice and service but pretty sure this jacket has been worn. There were also no tags on the jacket. Bit disappointing.

Excellent product line. My first ski boot buy online. Need a little more time to find out if purchase will work for me. But Evo has alternatives if I decide to return. Plan is to buy skis/bindings from Evo once I settle on a boot for a pair of difficult-to-fit feet. Happy customer so far.

I love evo and their discounted products. Sadly the boots that I ordered do not fit me. My calves are just too wide and the blood flow was cut off to such an extent that I started to lose feeling in my feet. I will definitely have to return these, which I am sad about.
I ordered a 686 snow jacket. Overall I was happy except for a few things- the tags were not on my jacket, looked like they were ripped off and the accessory rubber tag that comes with all 686 jackets was broken. The snow skirt had a small tear in it as well. Otherwise no issues. I would send it back for a replacement but I need this jacket for a trip and I don't have enough time to wait for a new jacket to ship.
Honestly haven't received delivery of anything yet, but the online shopping experience of this website is amazing. Great sizing charts, chat functionality is nice, and all around a good experience. Would be nice if you had a shop on the east coast, would making shipping better.
I made two phone calls for help and got exceptional results. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I now need to purchase the bindings which they have an ever better price than I was expecting. I can't wait to order them. I love this site.
I may have ordered the wrong size boots. I plan on calling to see if there is a way I can get a little bit more toe room with the heat molding or if I should return them.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Evo! My new Burton board and bindings came in the original packaging and were just as described. I greatly appreciate Evo's loyalty to it's customers. We purchased new skis and bindings earlier in the year so Evo sent us a coupon for our next purchase. Great deal!
It's always a bit scary buying expensive items over the net from sites that you are not familiar with. I was very happy that I got what I ordered and the delivery time was super quick. I would be happy to use Evo again.

The compatibility checker was a great help to choosing equipment. There were some items that didn't work together according to the site but looking at the manufacturer size chart it should have worked so that was a kind of downer but overall it was a good shopping experience and will come back for future purchases
My husband and I love Evo. We always find the best products at the best prices. It's easy to shop online and find what we want. The shipping is quick (maybe because we live in UT) and never any problems with items shipped. Doing great Evo, you've got a customer for life!
I loath shops and with being able to browse online and buy I much prefer it that way, no nagging sales assistant asking me if I am alright or need help. Leave me alone I am processing. Evo are great for that. I have them book marked for all my winter needs.
After a poor experience on an initial order I made additional purchases and had a very good experience on those. I will continue to shop for gear at Evo. Quality products and the shipping logistics and poor communication that caused problem to start have seemingly been solved. Satisfied customer.
Great shopping experience. I don't buy much online because I have had some bad experiences with scams and products not being what was advertised but not this time! Product was exactly what they described, delivery was reasonably fast and the price was good. Definately would buy from them again.
I actually do love shopping at Evo online and have referred many friends to the site. The website is easy to compare items and to place orders. The extra information guides for sizing and technical support is helpful. For the first time, I am looking at returning a pair of ski bindings, so I'll test the customer service this week.
Very easy shopping online and check out. Chose standard shipping and after 5 days still had not received a tracking number. After calling the company they did expedite the shipping and I received my order a couple of days afterwards. So customer service is excellent. Overall experience was good.
