Great web site. Very well organized and easy to navigate. I had to cancel an order by calling and it was not a problem. It took 30 seconds and it was done. That's what I'm talking about. Customer service. I thought it was gone. Not with EVO. They treat their customers as we should be treated. I'll be a loyal customer because of it.

Easy to order, great prices on quality goods and the shipping was very fast. To get 5 stars they only need to have free shipping for returns. Also, the website should make it easier to figure out how to make a return. I had to call the customer service number but it went smoothly.

It is not the worsted wool material we thought it was. That wool requires dry cleaning but is such a nice subtle feel-look-shape. So, we will keep looking. The shirts are fine but did not fit Bob well. We are currently waiting for the UPS return label being handled by Hannah - Customer Care #*******.

One of the boot pair was poor quality.
I returned it but have no idea if UPS has returned it. Evo should send me status updates of delivery. Now I feel the boots wont be returned fault of UPS. Or maybe they will.

I wish that the products available to Canadians were as varied and cost conscience as they were for Americans. It's frustrating to see the amazing deals that Canadians do not have access to. Perhaps this could be amended in the future?

Anyway, I am still impressed with the company and believe I will absolutely purchase gear from EVO again!

I have been ordering gear from evo for about 5 years now. They always have great gear, and especially in their outlet, you can get killer deals. They do pretty regular sales and promotions so you can save more on already reduced items. Customer service is always great. Plus, the music they play on the phone while you wait to speak to a rep is always pretty awesome.

Love the new board, haven't tried it yet but sure it will be great since it's Burton! Had to get Burton bindings as apparently other brands don't fit. The perk is that burton sets them up for free just take them to any Burton store.

I hope these boots fit my daughter I measured her foot and went by the guidelines however I had a friend try them that is a hairline bigger than my daughters foot and they were very tight. Time will tell after Christmas. Very nice boot

Best experience this season with online ordering and I've used a lot of sites. This was by far the best & fastest. Ordered later than I should have and it still delivered before I needed it. Very pleased!

Customer service rep (Todd) was a big help. He answered my questions and got me set up with the gear appropriate for my skill level at present as well as projected skill level as I progress this season.

Everything was great. Ill just have to wait until i get my set in the mail to see if everything was correct:)

EVO.com is really easy to navigate and has really powerful filtering options. I love the fact that you can filter based on size so you are not clicking back and forth through items that don't have your size.

First, off, the website is great, and customer service was fantastic. I called because after I got the product, I found it for cheaper at Oakley online. He said that they don't usually do this, but they would refund me the difference so I would not have to return the product.

I loved being able to pick up at the store. The ski bag is perfect. Our only small issue was signage at the Portland store. We found it hard to locate. So we parked and walked over. Now that we've found you, we'll be back.

This site is almost too good to be true. Prices are literally unbeatable and shipping is easy and fast. Tough decisions wil be made when having to purchase here or REI. The outlet prices on evo will win nearly everyone! Will be back for sure!

Found exactly what I wanted and in a package to boot! Appreciated the chat function when I had a question about the product I was ordering.

So, it ended up that the chat I had before ordering had some erroneous info (one component of the package didn't fit the other gear), but when I got the shipment notice and it confirmed a mistake, I texted customer service, and they made it right immediately by processing a free return. Everyone that I spoke to in three conversations (chat before ordering, text at shipping, phone upon receipt) were super friendly and really invested in making sure I got the gear I needed.
The other part of my order was perfect!

I did not like the payment issues- the payment appeared and disappeared 3 times on my account it made me uncomfortable with a larger purchase!

I like Evo. Prompt deliveries, never had a problem with any merchandise that i've received. I like the pricing and selection of the year end close outs. Allows me to buy a new rig every couple of years.
