I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
One of the products had an issue with a part. I called Evo and they were responsive, understanding, and helpful. They contacted the manufacturer about sending a replacement part and sent me a follow-up email a couple of days later. I'm still waiting for the part from the manufacturer, but overall, I was relieved and am very happy with the level of personal attention and high-quality customer service provided by Evo. The website is great too, with detailed product information.
Called for binding availability, and representative never got back to me. Called again and second rep was indifferent and could care less about my question. Told me they where out of stock on my item. Just saw the same item up on your clearance items. Thanks for nothing.
Evo has every great deal on the market all the time. They have great customer service and always ship fast no matter how large the product. Hopefully i get some free stickers for this. But im serious about shipping and prices and stuff...but i would like some stickers.
Loved the fitting guides, the website is sleek, and all your ski boots had extensive info that I needed to make my purchase decision. I came knowing nothing about ski boots and left an informed customer with a pair of great ski boots for an unbeatable price! 10/10
I am satisfied with product and delivery selection/process. But when I wanted to return an item, and contact customer service, it was not available due to company retreat which was on friday. I've never heard that retail website will shut down customer service due to company retreat. I deal with business Mon-Fri leaving my weekend for rest, so resolving my question on the 4th day was not something i look forward to

After placing my order I found the same socks on another website for about five to six dollars a pair cheaper. You win some and lose some I guess. I will continue to shop at EVO.
I mounted the Griffon on a new pair of Lib Tech all mountain sticks. Not only are they color coordinated but they are light weight and feel super durable when munching the crud up here in Sun Valley.

Item was poorly packed $*** electronic device and did not have up to date firmware, so now I get to send it to manufacturer at my cost to update. Probably won't shop with EVO again as I've had better experience with backcountry and mountaingear.
Great deals but the gloves I ordered were a little small but still fit ok plus they were really cheap so it's not the biggest problem just maybe have more detailed size charts if you can get them. I will absolutely use your website again to order snowboarding gear.
Evo is great. The initial size I ordered wasn't right, so after a short call with customer support they had my new order on the way. Absolutely no hassles, will definitely be coming back in the future.
Large,,,,,, errr Huge amount of inventory allows for better deals on merchandise and equipment. I tend to shop clearance i.e. Last years stuff, discontinued, etc.
Evo offers tons of these discounts and that gives me many choices in whatever I'm looking for.
I only wouldn't recommend the site or use again because it was a pretty random find to begin with. Just searching for a particular product in a certain size and color. Very fast, simple, A+ experience. Free shipping is great.

Very easy site to navigate. Liked the follow up e-mails for boot fitting, etc. Free return shipping option was a big plus toward purchase as well. Recipient of boots and skiis very happy with them. Huge cost savings compared to other businesses we looked at for a comparable package.
Very informative product pages helped me make a decision between which snowboard. I ended up going with the Evo exclusive Arbor Heritage collection because of the recycled materials and $50 cheaper. Win-Win for me.
I was a lil doubtful bcuz there were some -ve comments about fulfillment BUT the stuff i wanted was on sale at a decent price so i risked it. I can now say that my complete order came quickly n in good condition and they packaged it conveniently (not in an oversized box like many do) which helps me with shipping fees. I would definitely check EVO again!
Great customer service over the phone about sizing. Lost out on the Rossignol Scimitar because I waited too long, but very happy with my overall purchase of the K2 Pettitors and the reviews are what set you guys apart from other sites such as Skis.com and The-House.com
Shopping and shipping experience was great as was the price. The item purchased is going to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and has not been unboxed, so I can't say yet about the quality or fit. I'm hoping he loves his Ninja Suit in burgundy with fish design.
Everything was great and better than expected except for a few small scratches on my snow goggles when they arrived. Not enough to make me want to return, but a slight bummer cus you're excited to see those perfect, untouched lenses out of the box.
Trying different promo codes was difficult. I do not like the return policy, it needs to be more lenient considering how unique, specialized and specific snow sports gear is for each person. Refunds should be allowed within 90 days. That would be nice. I ended up buying a GNU snowboard from REI instead of EVO.
First time evo.com shopper and was really thrilled with experience. I lost my favorite pair of sunglasses and wasn't sure they would still be available anywhere but we able to find them on evo.com for an awesome price!
I love using evo! It's super convenient to find what you need/ want and compare prices/ specs. The only thing that would put it over the top is if there were links to review videos for different products. This way you could watch them here instead of going to a 3rd party site.
