I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Been an EVO customer since 2012. They are professional, friendly, experts in all gear they sell; hands-down the best outdoor outfitters either on-line or "brick & mortar". They actually LISTEN to the questions a customer may have and do what's possible to make things right. I.E. "righting all wrongs", if any came up at all! I and alot of my family do and will continue to shop our outdoor gear exclusively at EVO when the time comes to repair, replace or up-grade...Thank again Evo, stellar work! Epic job in keeping things down to earth...!
Awesome experience! VERY pleased! I was ready to order a pair of demo skis from another company but decided to do a little more research. Good thing I did!, I found the same ski with a better binding at Evo for LESS than the used pair. And, I was assured that if the price dropped within 20 days, Evo would refund the difference. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Great price, great people, fast (free) shipping, what else could you ask for? Evo ROCKS!
Received order ahead of schedule, but found that the item, a full wetsuit, was probably a return because it had signs of being worn, slight damage to the collar, and ripped packaging. After a call to Evo customer service and sending photos of the damage, the rep offered a discount on the item as a solution. I accepted. The matter was handled professionally and to my satisfaction, and I would not hesitate to patronize the seller again. I would however recommend Evo inspect for damage all items that are returned before reselling as new.
Great site. Did a fair amount of comparison shopping and found a great price for the skis I bought. Easy to navigate and the product information and reviews were very helpful in making my final decision. Will certainly return to this site first to investigate future products and potential purchases.
Really disappointed the bindings were not mounted on the skis, as they were in the photo of the product that was advertised to me and which I purchased. Very deceptive. I will post this on a Google review. Shame on you. That's really misleading and flirting with fraudulent business practices.
Called to verify what I wanted was indeed in stock (had ordered from another online retailer that was actually out and had to cancel my order). Ben explained how the system works, and how to know if something was low stock (it'll say so on the item page - too easy).
Over all good experience. I ordered a helmet that was a size too big. The return policy is nice and easy, although I had to ask about my return before the money was actually returned. But if that's the biggest problem then I'd say there is nothing to worry about.
Called the customer service line and the guy was great. Forget his name my mistake, but was able to explain the difference between gnu mutant and fuse hybrid which is why I chose these, also explained the shipping methods to why ground is the same as 2nd day. I guess living in California has some benefits lol. Thank you guys for making my order process clear!

Great service all around. One minor issue regarding one of the items I tried to purchase being out of stock, however the customer service representative who assisted me did an excellent job assisting me and even offered additional deals because of the mix up.

I currently own a pair of these sunglasses and my mom fell in love with them and this has been the first place i have found that has them since they are a couple years old and the price was even better. Highly recommended.
Really good but my boots fitting ( the hot mouldings)were not included in the price so I have to pay to get it done which is normally included when buying ski boots, other than that it was very good to do business with evo,

Evo had an easy to use website that allowed me to quickly find what I was looking for. It had a large selection to choose from and loved the end of season tab. I've already gone back to to website and ordered more stuff.

I like buying gift cards on line but the system was a little confusing as to which cards were available by email and which ones had to be mailed. A brief explanation at the order point would have eliminated a call to customer service.
I am very unhappy as I placed my order several minutes before midnight 12 o'clock and when the total appeared on my receipt you tact my savings that had been taken off by typing in the code save right back on my total bill.
Found you guys through the board archive/ snowboard pro camp YouTube channels and love shopping at this site. Large selection of great brands and great prices. Will be shopping here more. Thanks to TJ with all of his advice on gear. It makes it easier to shop for what I'm looking for.
I've shopped at evo before (bought my first snowboard!) and I love it. They usually have the best prices available, shipping and handling is fast, and products are accurately described and in great condition.
Both of my boxes where complete cut open when I received them. I looked like someone was looking through the boxes. Second, the board I got for my husband for a birthday gift had no clear wrapping to protect it. Compared to mine that was covered up.
Great deal! But I had to use PayPal to check out. Wouldn't let me ship it any other way. Also not a big deal but the order didn't qualify for 2 day shipping like the site says. But overall very happy with my purchase!
Site was very easy to find what I wanted. Very disappointed that 3day shipping is really 5 day shipping.
After I received my product it came a lot faster than evo estimated. Ended up being 2 day shipping. Still disappointed cause I paid for 3 day shipping when I didn't need to fork over the extra cash. Could have just been lucky, I don't know. Received the product in perfect condition and got it here before the weekend. Worked out well.

I always love purchasing my gears at EVO. It is very easy and you can easily reach out customer service for any concerns you may have. Delivery is also a highly guaranteed and delivered as how they committed. I had ordered many times and I have no issue at all about the delivery. If the item you want aren't available, as long as it's not urgent, be patiently to wait 'till it will be available. For the pricing, for me it's fair enough and some were really good deal and lowest price. Hands down to EVO for the great Customer service and Online purchasing service satisfaction they provide.
I ordered a small in the Under Armour full zip jacket and it fit like a large. It was crazy big. Maybe indicate that it runs big in the description so we can plan better. Had to pay $11.00 in return shipping. Not happy about that either.
