I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Since everything else was so stellar, I checked 5 stars for the product, even though it is a Christmas gift and hasn't yet been opened. I am thoroughly delighted with the service, and have every confidence in EVO as a company. When excellent customer care is turning out to be a rarity, I very much appreciate it in your company. Big-time Evo fan! Just wish you guys had more product, and more reviews on products would be extremely helpful. Probably just bad timing on my part for available inventory, though. I would love to be able to view the old product listing/description of past products I bought in my account's order history in order to compare in depth with my new purchases. Also, I've noticed some of your snowboards have a detailed "FLEX" description aside from the soft/medium/stiff scale, it would be greatly beneficial to have the number rating for flex on all boards instead of just some. You guys are awesome, keep it up!
Easy to find what I was looking for. Easy to order and it arrived in a couple of days. These Parana pants are my favorite. I wanted the green when I bought my first pair at a local store, but they did not have the color so I bought the rust. Keep looking on long and from them at EVO for half the price
Tried to make this purchase last night but my order would not go through. Perhaps a problem with the system or my tablet. The next day I was able to place my order online with no issue. At 70% off regular price I received a cool wakeboard package. My items were nicely packaged and arrive in excellent condition.
Good price. Reasonable shipping time. Haven't tried out the board, but it's a Santa Cruz. It should be a good ride! Would have liked to have seen the board packed a little better with some kind of "cushioning" around it instead of just inside a box. End of box fell off after I cut the tape to open the box. Board looked in good condition though. Other than the packing, it was a pretty good buying experience. I would recommend Evo.com to others.
Really like the way the product info is provided. Makes it easy to compare with similar products from this and other retailers. And enough details to enable the customer to make a truly informed buying decision instead of just pickin' an' prayin'. Also, the follow-up since the sale has been fabulous.
All good, i wish more information about shipping and handling of a bike was displayed. How it will come and what to expect on arrival and box opening. Two weeks shipping seems long but for a big fragile box it seems like it makes sense. Bike came in perfect condition and was easy to assemble because most of it already was. Thank God/Thank you.
Once again Evo.com has delivered an outstanding product and at record time. My order was placed 11/25/13 and initially estimated delivery was 12/9/13. However the next day to my delight I saw the product was already processed and shipped. The revised delivery date was 12/4/13. On the night of 12/2/13 I came home to discover my full order had been delivered. Absolutely fantastic shipping service and the products are amazing.
I don't recommend sites to people usually. Exceptions would be for very popular sites like google.com, but your site would need to be more popular to get a casual shopper like myself to remember it and care to mention it in conversation.
Edit: After receiving my order, and purchasing another order through Evo, there is a higher chance that I might recommend this website to others.
Easy to find product you are looking for. I like that you can sort products by level. Ex. Beginner, intermediate, advanced. Overall, Website is very user friendly and easy to browse product inventory.
Great price and great attitude by the customer service rep I called prior to my purchase. The reviews and descriptions were helpful and I suggest you do that to even greater detail in the future. I find that I'm much more likely to buy a ski/cycling/hiking product online if there's a detailed and helpful description on the item's page. Thanks for making the purchase so easy.
Surf board was/is an open item that wasn't repackaged very well! It also has some scuff marks on it and the EVO price tag sticker at the top doesn't come off easily...I need to use some sort of goof-off product to remove it

Stew was very helpful when I came in to look at boards. He told me all the top women's boards that were out there, including last seasons. I completed my order online, but mainly from what stew had suggested :) can't wait to try out my k2 highlite.

Greg at the Seattle Store always gives excellent advice on skis for both my wife and myself...he is a real earn your turns skiing/ hiking and climbing kind of guy but understands folks who are not but enjoy skiing to their best ability. Phillip,Mike and Zeb were awesome in the shop and were able to get my stuff mounted in time for our trip to Palmer Glacier at Mt.Hood.
It's always great... Great prices, always on time, unfortunately the board that I bought had some paint issues but my trip is upon me so I can't return it (I guess that's why it was on sale) besides that's Evo is always a great place to find what you are looking for
Failed to send confirmation email for two different orders. Its frustrating when I have to contact customer support to get my shipping details when I'm promised an email almost immediately after my purchase.
The hat was pretty lackluster, I would expect that quality coming from a hat cheaper than $15, not more than $30.
Had a credit at Smith for a returned defective item and they were completely out of the helmet I wanted with no prospects of getting any more. I clicked the link on their page to Evo and you had it in stock and at a considerably discounted sale price. Good for me!
I bought my wife a The North Face jacket at an unbeatable price last year from this site and I'm back again for an awesome ski coat from Dakine, Throttle jacket! Amazing product and quality and function! Can't wait to take it out on the slopes and the harshest weather this winter can throw at me. I will certainly be more than ready!
I am 100% satisfied in dealings with evo.com, even so, in the future, I would like you to offer top rating skis in the GS and SL catergory of renowned brands, despite they are not the most asked for boards..., mature people don't go jumping and doing aerials on the slopes, we like to enjoy a good carving machine to rip the groomed.

My snowboard that I ordered ended up being a different color on the bottom than it showed online.
It's not a huge deal because it still looks fine and everything else was the same, but still kind of annoying. Everything else was good except for the shipping. It shipped on time, but the UPS driver delivered it to the wrong location. I don't know if it's something the seller can control, but I would feel better if they requested a signature because it's very stressful when you see that your expensive package has been delivered and it's nowhere to be found. I live in an apartment and eventually found my package in another building sitting in front of someone else's door.
