I was looking for new ski pants since my old ones didn't fit anymore and I was tired of having suspenders (very time-consuming for girls when going to the bathroom). I also didn't want to pay over $***. These have been perfect so far and they shipped right in time for a weekend trip to the mountains. Couldn't be happier!

I was comparing prices with u and board co. U deff had better prices but there shipping is 3 day shipping for orders over 50 $ now I sent them an email asking if they would honor 5% on the fish even though it is not the same color if they say yes I might want to cancel, Just got new boat and excited to play but jan 7;( but you do have better prices I just hope board co is aggressive in there sales dept. hope this helps

The site was easy to use, even for a newb like me. The delivery took longer than I wanted, but it is the holiday season, so it could have been worse. The items that I purchased are all new and came well packaged without a lot of waste. My children are excited to try out their new helmets and goggles.

I ordered Monday night with 2 day service and item was delivered Thursday. Your processing time is too slow. I would have ordered another item on Tuesday had you a true 2 day service. Also, photo of item showed yellow lettering but when it was delivered it had green lettering. More care needs to be taken with the photos.

Overall excellent shopping experience. The guidelines for proper selection and fitment of the ski boots that I purchased were very helpful. This helped to alleviate the anxiety of purchasing ski boots "online". Plus the generous return policy further reassured me that I could get the right fitting boot if the boots I ordered didn't fit after receiving the shipment.

Everything was great except for the fact that they sent me a pair of Oakley's without the bag they come with. Instead they were inside an old used goggles bag from a completely different brand. I'm very unhappy with this.

Good prices and easy to manage. However, there is a limited selection of sizes and products and shipping time is slightly extensive because of the distance when in comparison to other sites. Other than that, this is my second order through this company and i am very pleased overall.

Comments and siz charts were completely off...now stuck with a coat too big
Description of coat says it was a ski jacket...however this thing has no insulation what so ever. Great wind proof and waterproof but not warm...good thing it's way too big I but lots of layers on to keep me warm!
