I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.

It's so useful, especially for the exact size, brand and style of ski boots I needed. Love using the site, and the deals are always the best.
Quick easy checkout process...decent delivery time considering that the product was shipped across the country. Unfortunately the product itself was not a good fit. I have already ordered another pair from EVO.com. I will be returning the poor fitting boots tomorrow. No problems with evo only a problem with the product fit. Thank you
When I purchased my skis from you, the price went down a week later and you refunded the difference. Then when they arrived dented and I called you fixed the problem for me. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and it was the most hassle free online purchase I've ever made. Love EVO.
This was my first order with Evo and I'll be back to buy more gear. I really like the layout of your site and how you have the ability to filter your products. This is really helpful when buy skis because I can filter the width under foot and then other filter to get a better idea of what I should consider buying.
Happy to pick up at the Evo Denver store, unfortunately the internet went down when I went to pick it up and it took about 20 minutes until an employee told me I could write my information down on a piece of paper and pick up my purchase.

Ordered the board, then found it $100 cheaper at a local shop. I called, and they price matched and beat it by 5%. Then, it said it would be delivered in a week or so and it came in like 2 or 3 days. Super stoked, gonna try her out this weekend! (Arbor Westmark rocker)
Straight forward, but the picture of the bindings was different depending on if in package combo or separate which caused impact to how long it took to place the order. Text was exactly same, but pic was different (a little frustrating) because I then had to re-enter all my shipping/billing info a 2nd time. The web site should remember...
I like the filters. They help save a lot of money time. The boot liners felt a little tight at first on the toes, but I did some research and found out they stretch out as you wear them. So after wearing them around the house a little bit they now feel just right.
Skis were delayed and I had a time crunch so they sent them express, which I appreciated. The skis are a good deal but I haven't used them yet. I like EVO, they have good deals in the summer so you don't get ripped off in the winter. Good customer service that handled my lost skis well, especially as I was about to travel and wouldn't have been home to receive them. I WILL use these guys again and this is the second time I've used them already. Definitely worth a look if you're looking to buy.
The sizing on products is very hard because different styles are cut more fitted or loose fit. It would be nice if there was some consistency in sizing when trying to order clothing products online. I received the snowboard pants and they are really quite large. Any additional information on the products would help regarding sizing.
Found the website really easy to use and locate what I needed. I received an email informing me of expected delivery date and it was actually delivered by that date. The ability to track my package was nice. All in all, great experience.

Evo is probably my favorite store in existence. Shopping online is easy and inexpensive, and the store is one block from my office so it's incredibly convenient for me to pick my items up or shop in person. The store staff is enthusiastic and helpful, and even went out of the way to research specific lens technologies for me when I asked about nuanced differences.

Great selection of products! Delivery is slow compared to competitors. Backcountry and Moosejaw ship things faster and without the confusion I encountered on this order. Evo switched between UPS and USPS without updating me on tracking info. I had to follow up and ask for tracking.
My Softech Bomber 5,10 just came in and I love it! No cracks or scratches from shipping and it's a beautiful board for just about anyone. I've surf for about 2 years in Myrtle Beach so I'd say it's a really good beginner to intermediate board!
The online experience was great. Limited selection but that is okay due to demand. The in-store experience was okay as it was very busy and you could tell the staff was strained. I have been in at other times and had a much more enjoyable time.

When buying skis online a good option in the search would be skis with bindings. Had to use Skis.com to find what was available and then come to Evo to purchase. I know we're supposed to have them installed in a shop... but

This is not your fault, though. My hopes did not match my reality. I thought the size was an 11, instead of it being the inseam measurement (31, I think, it's hard to read the very small print)
