I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
I couldn't be happier with the price and delivery time! I ordered a Baby G Shock watch that my daughter had been wanting in specific color and of the ones i found were $*** until i came across evo.com. They had it for $** with free shipping! Very happy!
This is my second order from EVO. This order, like the last one, arrived fast and packaged well. The inclusion of boot fitting paperwork is an added plus for those who are newer to boot buying or want to confirm they bought the appropriate boot for their package. I would definately buy from EVO again. Their discount equipment from last season is definately a huge added plus yhat you typically do not have access to with local retailers who only carry the current years merchandise.
I have always liked EVO. It was a nice surprise to see my gear show up on the anticipated date, typically, UPS and FedEx claim that my residence is unable to be found. Customer Service is always great. I was Super Stoked to get the deal on these pants, last years model for over 50% off. With several "discount" sites increasing in popularity, 30% off doesn't hardly seem like a sale anymore, but when you factor in the free shipping at EVO, it turns into a great day!

The only issue I've had is that the last order went through onTrac and they left the package in a place that could easily be stolen and they said the package had been delivered a week early when it hadn't. I talked to an evo customer service and he reassured me it should arrive on the specific date, which it did. So overall I am happy with evo's service just not the shipping company.
It was my first time using the Eco website. I found it to be very user friendly & easy to navigate. I really liked the descriptions list for each of the items I was shopping for. I can't wait to try out my new ski's & I felt an ease of the return process, when the ski boots I selected did not fit well. I asked for a return label, subtract $7 from my return amount & all I had to do was drop the sealed box to my local UPS store. Thank You for making that so hassle free.
The shopping experience was great, unti checkout. Only two choices of shipping, none of which were through USPS which I believe may have been less to ship. I do not need to receive these items before Christmas.
Evo had good prices on excellent quality winter gloves. Probably would not have gotten that level of quality at the regular price had it not been for Evo's prices. Shipping time was tolerable. If its not overnight, it takes too long. And I am too cheap to pay for overnight shipping. So I deal with it.

Went to your Seattle store in the spring. The boots I'm buying are the ones recommended by your staff. Same employee fit me with my boots, very knowledgeable staff. Alot is taken into account when buying ski boots, type of skier, width of foot, calf size... he nailed it on both pairs.
I really like the customer service at evo. They are knowledgeable and have always gave good advice. I will continue to use them for my snow sports supplier if I go the on line route. I still like to support the one "brick and mortar" store but they were out of stock of these boots and couldn't re-order any more as all suppliers were sold out. I got lucky that evo had my size in stock although I did get the warning only 3-5 left.
Went to boot fitter and had boots fit and adjust Friday and skied all weekend long and the new boots are definitely what I needed and they immediately helped my skiing improve compared to the too soft of flex boots that I was using.
I found what I was looking for, and then contacted the company. The person who answered my call, gave me great service and located a pair of gloves that were similar to what I wanted, but last year's model and on sale. He saved me money, and I love saving money.
Bummer you are only offering very expensive shipping options to a home address in Alaska (only offered 1 day and 2 day service). USPS would be cheaper and works just fine for shipping items to Alaska. If there's any way to change the shipping on this order that would be great.
This is my second purchase with evo. My first was for ski boots for my daughter. Unfortunately, the boots do not fit and we must return them. But the help we got along the way was great. I am a ski instructor in PA and recommended your cite to other instructors.
I very much like shopping with EVO, and have made multiple purchases from the site. The products are excellent, and the prices unarguable. However, my experience with the free shipping option has been lackluster. Multiple delays have cost me a couple days on the mountain while I wait for gear delayed by strange postal circumstance. That being said, I did choose free shipping, so if you REALLY need the product pay for shipping, otherwise expect the possibility of your goggles arriving by covered wagon.
Customer service was fantastic, probably the best I ahve ever seen. Justin Seely was my customer service rep, he was helpful, answered my questions, provided suggestions, and made ordering online products much less of a gamble (he helped me figure out what sizes to order).
Evo is great. I found it online looking for ski boots, but was weary about buying boots online because I wanted them fitted. When I figured out they had a store in Portland I went over to try the boots on and was very impressed with their customer service. I ended up buying the boots that day and over the next month, demoed skies and bought skis and bindings as well. I recommend Evo whenever someone needs something they carry.
The skis are fine but the bindings seem to have a problem. When I opened the bindings box there was tearing in the cardboard and parts were loose. Upon examination one toe piece seems to be out of alignment at the DIN setting adjustment. Gentle twisting of the DIN setting did not result in normal operation. I am returning the bindings for refund. I am packing them with bubble wrap inside the box; I believe better packing within the binding box might have prevented the problem.
EVO had a great selection and reasonable prices. Their website was easy to use. The merchandise arrived in a very timely manner, however, the opportunity to provide feedback was given shortly after receiving my merchandise so I have not had time to evaluate the quality and performance of what I purchased.
Good website, easy ordering, really fast delivery (and FREE!). Ordered skis and binding package, was told that I would not have to drill holes to mount bindings. I was informed that the mounting plates would be already installed - wasn't the case. Missed a powder day with new fat skis in that deal, bummer. I still like Evo though.

Weird issue with checkout - could see previous order with address, but none shown at checkout, no way to enter until I hit "proceed" and triggered red boxes, then able to put in my address, etc. weird.
I have bought many ski and snowboard related equipment from evo.com. All of the products offered were in brand new condition and amazing. The last skis I bought were offered at a better sale than the time I purchased them a week before. Evo gladly compensated me by crediting my credit card with the difference. I will certainly come back here and the company is great.
